the pipes butterfly valve causes the return stuffing wave to return earlier for reving higher, more than it would normally be able to allow. But that early wave causes the positive return wave to overlap the negative wave which cancels them out where they overlap which is bad for intake.
What mods did you do? I can see: 1. jug upgrade? 2. Open transfers 3. Custom carb placement? Can you elaborate on this? 4. Exhaust 5. Then i just seen a bunch of random welding. I would estimate like 10-15hp. Did i miss something?

Hi LangTuning, awesome work! What are the settings on your Mig welder and what wire/gas did you use? I would like to do the same but I'm way too afraid to warp the engine casings. Did you do additional work to avoid that, like using a steel plate between the casings and/or machining the joint faces of the two half casings?
A lot of questions . Please look at another answer under the video. I avoid problems with stops while welding every 5 minutes. Also a machine the cases after welding.
If you use a cutting disc to separate the cases after welding etc how did you compensate for the missing metal to reseal the halves? Also does the molten metal stick ok when you poured it into the outside of the cold cases?

Danach bin ich wieder nach hause gefahren(ca. 5km und danach nicht mehr), und mir ist eingefallen das ich den Zylinder nicht nach rechts gedreht. meine frage wäre jetzt ob ich ihn noch nach rechts drehen kann oder es lieber lassen soll. @@exsytxbix der Zylinder hat spiel bei den stehbolzen. Sollte man jetzt mal den Zylinder demontieren, kann man durch das verdrehen nach rechts immer wieder die genaue Position von Zylinder und Kolben herstellen.

minute 3:53, the main jet is a sewer pipe. Looks like one of the four main jets in a Holly DP on my 350Chevy. It's 5700cc revs to 8000rpm. It's about 115 Times Larger ...but this 50cc mini monster uses a main jet like a 5700cc engine

I dont even have a programm for this. I use my experience and have a lot of testing exhausts. When i see the power curve often i can see what need to be done.

I think it's a ktm sx65 cylinder, stroke is 40.8. That's why he turned down the bottom of the cylinder and made the cylinder head deeper, to adjust for the longer stroke.

How were you able to melt that part at 0:29? It can't be aluminium for sure because it melted like tin or lead. The question is why was it in a shape of an aluminium bracket 😲
It is aluminium. Rehm Synergie Pro2 with 1.0 wire Alsi12. Argon 9,6 I did about 50 cases this way i think. Think about the temperature of the cases and do a few breaks between. When temperature rises over 180 degrees on the bearimg seat, you get later Problems witz the cases.
Shoulda stuffed the case as much as possible made it a case reed but it hen again ya can get more with a piston port last longer more bottome end w reeds 🤷🏻♂️
Damn..... I should have paid more attention in shop.... BTW there is a formula to creating expansion chambers that can give you all the dimensions you need - but please don't use it as watching you build them is pure joy..

I bring in s little distance before welding. I think about 8 millimeters.
When i weld it, i use some nuts about 8mm between the cases.

Die Klappe ist noch Problem behaftet da in der Drehzahl wo sie wirken soll der Zündfunke zu schwach wird.
Für den Hubraum amtlich!
Aber hast du nicht die Kubelwellenlager verstärkt?
Walzenlager halten mehr aus, haben aber etwas mehr Wiederstand.

The flap is for lower end power. Yamaha has it close to the exit on the cylinder and it's called YPVS.

He changed the reed location to the case rather than having a intake tube, redecked the head for more compression, made new exhaust
How did you split the cases after welding and machining?
