All LG users know that LG phones lag slightly in tech ability behind Samsung but we all appreciate how MUCH extra LG give us for the price and quite honestly I like how LG has the courage to do their own thing and buck the trends that other companies seem to follow. LG users are not sheep like Apple and Samsung fanboys.Bravo to LG.

Yes this is a good phone, but clearly behind the note 20 but for the price you can't beat it. I've had both & currently have the note 20 ultra & one big thing I noticed is the vibrant screen of the note, to get the right brightness on the lg I had to turn it way up at the same time draining the battery, but lg battery is really strong

Speak for yourself. Unless you're a child who cares about a smartphone's camera latest minutia samsung sucks royal. They removed headphone jack and dac, packed with even more bloat than the LG, battery's overall lifespan is weaker than most other phones, no sdcard support. No, I'm never going back to samsung smartphones.

I learned something, since I got my phone around the start of the month I've been trying to finish setting it up but found there's just some apps I can't do myself since its pretty much very new to me and a lot of functions I accidentally trigger like the screenswap function I couldn't figure out how to adjust it or change it back after my first attempt at using dual screen gaming but something went wrong and after watching this I could finally figure out what to do to get my screen swap buttons back.

I wish LG threw in one custom game that plays uniquely well with such a dual screen setup - when you demo-ed the "tent" view and said "games", I had a flash idea of being able to play a multiplayer game of Sink my Battleship! Gosh, that would have been a cool selling point. For instance a nerdy couple playing the Battleship game while sitting across from each other awaiting their food at a restaurant, or with kids, mom and dad on each side or something.... Ah, LG, we frikin' MISS YOU!!! ❤️ 💜 💙

Great video. When you make the video about the LG WideMode app, can you please illustrate things that force WideMode to exit, such as bringing up the keyboard? I'm trying to see how disruptive that would be and whether I can use this phone for editing documents in WideMode. Thanks!

Just got a v60 with Verizon and waiting on the screen case to be delivered. I've been second guessing my decision but your review made me more excited for the screen to arrive in 4 to 6 weeks lol. You touched on a lot of features that will work for me.
I really didn't think I would use the second screen but I use it all the time. It does take some time to get use to because it makes the phone so big. I am glad the video helped out
Just got mine a few days now and def having some buyers remorse. The dual case is cool at home but not safe to take out as they don't have screen protectors for it nor wud it close with them and outside glass is just too fragile. Another huge downside is lack of obvious ease of use, making it impossible to use 1 hand. Outer case screen isn't touch so u have to open just to answer calls music etc..Coming from a v20 here with old 2nd screen it's a huge disappointment. theres
No basic outer button to skip music tracks on a phone geared toward wired audio. Safest way to hold is like plate or fold dual screen out, so not safe. Best bet is use phone solo when out
You can press the google button on the left part of your phone to answer calls without even opening your phone i think its sick i hope you read this lol its actually amazing!!!!
Can you watch 2 different video or atleast 2 different youtube video on both screen at the same time. And can you open 2 of the same app on both screen at the same time?

Yes. V60 is better than g8x. Camera. Screen. 4 micro is better

If you haven’t already, Verizon has a promotion where you should be able to get the case free. Check the website or customer service.....
Too bad att does not even provide dual screen and I can't purchase from lg....i just dont understand how u can sell a phone and not provide its greatest feature...sucks

Does anyone know how to get the navigation bar to disappear on certain games? Games likes PvZ Heroes are almost unplayable with those buttons (or gesture bar) there.

Question when using the Dual Screen Case.. Will the little magnetic adapter work if I wanted to use Android Auto in my car? I stream music every morning when going to work through my head unit in my car and it would be a deal breaker if I would have to remove the case each time I want to use it in the car. As far as I know the V60 does not support Android Auto without a cable connection. Is the magnetic adapter only for charging or can it also transfer data as well?
It's just for charging the phone..

Surprisingly good video, on a product I’ve just heard about 30 hrs ago. The Sony Mark ll was my 1st choice, no longer. I can do more, in less time with this LG v60 dual screen. This phone will help me stay away from pc 2, audio jack!!I’m on apps all day. Thank LG, it will be my 1st. 👍

Also yall in gesture mode if u swipe from middle sides and hold instead of goin back it opens "one hand mode" which while bring your window down some so u can reach the top. Discovered that today so i figured i would share in case someone is struggling with using it 1 handed

Hi! Just wondering: I finally received the second half of the phone, the second screen, finally after waiting for 8 weeks for it. But because of the second screen I am actually starting to like the phone and would like to keep it. I appreciate the tips on what you can do with the second screen. I'd love some help if you can help me. I have a problem with my camera. There is a dark spot on the lens. It must be from inside the camera because cleaning the screen doesn't help. It is a round, shadowy spot that is in the same place and shows up in all of my pictures. I just called LG and all they can do apparently is to have me wipe the phone clean and send in the phone for 2 weeks (though I waited 8 weeks for the second screen, so I am not sure at all that it will only take that long) so they can repair the problem. Is there any way I can fix this on my own? If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it! Thanks!

Just got this phone a few days now and still figuring out the features on top of new basic features as I'm coming from a v20. Def missing the v20 2ndscreen. Lg clearly didn't test this phone in real world use as it would of been obvious it's impossible to use 1handed. They shud of made outer case screen touch so we cud skip music tracks without having to open phone everytime. It's an extreme oversight on a phone made for wired music. Assistant doesn't work well with Amazon music so that button isn't the answer. The dualcase is a home only use accessory, as it's super easy to break or scratch since they don't make protectors for it. I'm gonna try to make a makeshift one n if that doesn't work buy like a 3ds case for the phone in dualcase. To add- this phone doed supports Wacom bamboo ink pens so that's cool. All in all I'm mixed about this phone. On top of all the issues, phone won't transfer v20 files to it except apps.
thanks for watching- yeah the phone is differently not a one handed phone and you shouldn't expect it to be. i use the case all the time and I don't have any scratches on the screen-The V20 is a great phone also

You don't have to if don't want to use it
how do you clear out the open apps, so the battery last longer
swipe up and hold to clear recent apps
ONE GOOD FEATURE YOU MISSED IS the button in the LG WHALE browser (on app store). When u use it while surfing Amazon or any marketplace to go shopping, press on One product selling page and it will be opened automatically on the other screen. It's a too-good-to-be-true feature for shopping online and comparing price between other marketplaces.

Anyone know if the dual screen case needs to be charged to work?? Trying to figure out why my cases external screen (just shows time/date) works fine but inside screen is dead-stays black despite the dual screen on/off icon showing up on my phone screen every time I try using my case-doesnt show any probs like "cant connect" so no clue why its not working🥺 Very depressed cuz for the few months it DID work I loved it!! Never got wet or dropped, was kept safe in a desk draw for few months then went to use it & only external screen works-inner screen stays black & unresponsive. And stupidly didn't get insurance-sucks:(

I lost my magnetic charger attachment thing so only charge phone w/usb cord so wondering if THAT may be why my dual cases external screen still works fine but (after being kept in desk draw for few months) the inner screen wont turn on?? When i put my phone in case the "dual screen" icon shows up on phone screen but dual case screen stays black/unresponsive..May sound dumb but I figured the magnetic charger attachment was just for convenience to keep case on while charging NOT for actually charging the case? The V60 also has hardware and software installed so that you can use a Wacom Bamboo Ink or Ink Plus active stylus. Look under the Pen Settings.

I use keyboard on the case screen. When you type on the phone screen, on wake up, phone doesn't know that you want landscape mode. When you turn it other way around, phone is in landscape , and you type on case screen automatically.

how do i change on outside screen? all i see is time on it but no zoom or anything else?
more tips and tricks: if you have loose papers, you can clamp them together using the lg v60. the lg v60 could be used to prop open doors like a door stop. If you have mice in your home, they can use it as a tiny door.

I'm back for an update on lg v60, have been using for a month, I liked the camera, sound and battery life but it started getting quirky on me I had to turn on & off a few times, & it wouldn't connect to my dash cam so I returned it & went back to samsung, the note 20 ultra to be exact & clearly this is a superior phone, much smoother application. I'm happy
