Good effort but u could have polished the rotors when brake calliper was removed. Rotors has to be cleaned front both sides one facing towards you an the one on inner side where inner brake pad is touching the rotor.
After servicing or replacing the brake pads. Always pump the brake pedal few times so the caliper piston pushed out to grip the pads properly and then do a test drive other wise brakes might not work at the first attempt if you start driving it without pumping the pedal first.
