It really is a beacon of hope that Tom Green has maintained his stage while constantly pioneering new ways to engage with his audience. Been a fan since elementary school. Now I’m 31, and he’s still great.
So happy to receive this notification. I was literally laying in bed like an hour ago, worrying to myself "no new Tom vids, I hope him & Charlie are doing well out there".
Tom has somehow become a good role model for a modern man. And now you can look back at his old stuff and it's even better cos in 2020 we know that he's still keepin it real.
It's cool to see you out there Mr Tom Green enjoying yourself and your beautiful van my wife and I live in a van about like yours we love it enjoy yourself be careful if you have any questions about the nomadic life please let me know
Charlie is laying on the sand because it’s cool to the touch. It’s not like beach sand. It’s a lot finer and made of gypsum which has a cooling feeling. It’s kinda weird when you first touch it because it confuses your senses. Highly recommend people visit. Such a beautiful place.
@@marcjones2493 - White sand beaches still absorb heat radiant heat really well because it’s silicate. Yes it may absorb heat a little less but it’s still typically hotter than the ambient air temperature. Gypsum as seen in this video is typically much much cooler than the air temp.
I really liked the interaction with the rancher. I know a lot of this journey is about solitude but you should consider more interaction with locals. It’s interesting to see real people’s lives in action. The shots of the small, almost empty towns, are really cool too. It’s funny how time almost stands still in some places as the rest of the world moves at a different pace.
Watch an English guy on TH-cam called Bald and Bankrupt, if you haven’t. He goes to radiated towns and villages in Belarus, Russia etc to Narc towns in Bolivia. Great stuff.
Glad you got to Rockhound at the Black Hills spot. Best pickings after a rain: see the sparkles and shimmers of agates and chalcedony. Good times. Bring water.

I feel like Tom is 1 of the very few celebs who made it out of Hollywood with his soul
Definitely not an easy task
Matthew McConaughey, and he’s still in Hollywood
or maybe he lost it in Hollywood and is searching for it in New Mexico
No, he is certifiably insane. No doubt about it.
He definitely doesn't have his soul. Its lost. Hoping hes ok but hes always appeared to be carrying a heavy load.
Imagine running into Tom Green in the desert
You'd think it was some kind of fucked up mirage 😂
The funny thing is that I live down here and that was a distinct possibility!

But would you know who he is? I would. You would. But some young people?
