May Movement Challenge Day 1 - Learn a Dance!

  • Welcome! The May Movement Challenge has officially begun and we’re starting with a bang… by learning a dance!
    This is a beginner level dance and I’ve broken the steps down slowly. Once you learn it, if you feel comfortable and confident, post it to social media and tag me! Be sure and use the hashtag #KellyeDance and I’ll post a few of my favorites!
    The name of the song that this dance goes to is “Yes Yes I Can” by Rachelle.
    As for the May Movement Challenge, join me all month long as we band together to stay active. Every day, I’ll provide you with a different challenge to complete.
    We’ll dance, lift weights, use resistance bands, try our hand at yoga, do stretching, and we’ll even try barre with a chair!
    I’ll ask you to walk 20 minutes each day as well… but don’t worry. I’m doing it with you!
    Once you’ve completed each day’s challenge, head to this website to record your results: form.jotform.c...
    For each day that you participate in the May Movement Challenge, you’ll get an entry into a prize drawing. At the end of the month. I’ll randomly select several of you to win great prizes!
