Lg Smart Diagnosis

Quick video showing how the smart diagnosis works. As tag on doesn’t work with iOS, this is the closest im getting to using the smart features! The tcl code came up before a cycle today and it tells you what to do when using smart diagnosis.

This is very clever. When o called LG about the machine not doing 1400RPM with small light loads, I did this with them and their computer system was able to tell them when I last did a wash, when I turned the machine on, how much I put in, how long the machine was on for, what spin speeds it was doing. Water levels, How much load was on the motor and when I turned the machine on/off etc. very clever indeed. They even can tell if you have overloaded the machine, even if the machine had managed to complete the cycle without issues.

Wow I never knew they could do that, it would be good for them to make it a feature on the ThinQ app so we could see everything, would be very interesting!
