My girlfriend just purchased a used Bruno chariot and I have redone the bearings and seals on both axles. Wired her car with trailer light controller and wires to power The Chariot. I had to replace the connectors because they were damaged. I would like some information on how to service the caster or pivot bearings. I used a needle on my grease gun between the two washers under the castle nut. Also several locations along the top of the shield while spinning it around. Is definitely moving much better. They said it was not used for two years. If there are any specific pointers on how to do a complete Grease or overhaul on the Caster pivots I would highly appreciate it so I can fully service the Chariot myself for my girlfriend. Thank you.
Thanks for posting this video. With your two videos (Removing and Attaching), my wife and I can now attach/remove the Chariot by ourselves (even at our older age :). I did notice that the title of this video says "How to Remove...." rather than "How to Attach...." Keep up the great work....Richard
I work privately with handicap mobility equipment in the US. I have processed 4 Bruno Chariots now and have found it VERY important that the angle of the mounting onto the hitch be perfectly level to start with. There are several sets of holes on what I call the suspension arm plate to adjust the unit level. I currently have one hooked up to my Ford Ranger pickup and I used too low of ball mount on it and IT does as you describe. I'm curious if your Escape has a 2" or a 1 1/4" hitch receiver? (All of the Chariots I've processed have a 1 1/4" tongue.

Should the Chariot rock back and fourth with a scooter on it when stopping and going? Right now it's on a 2019 Ford Escape SE
