35 minute TOTAL BODY Kettlebell STRENGTH Home Workout 6x6

- In this Total Body kettlebell strength workout we will go through each body part step by step. For each body part we will do 6x movements so in total we will have 36x movements in total. We will be performing each movement for 40 seconds long and we will have 20 seconds rest in between. After the first 18 movements we will have a 50 synod water-break and after that we will continue the workout.
You can simply increase the intensity of this workout by adding more weight or/and by doing this routine 2-3 rounds in a row (depending on your fitness level).
In this workout I'm using a 12kg, 16kg an 20kg kettlebell of KettlebellKings :kettlebellking...

Another strength training, calorie burning workout By Daniel PT. Thank you for this low impact HIIT program. I'm glad I did, I was worried cause I'm working with an SI impingement on my right side that's radiating a little, but I was able to complete this workout, without aggravating it. Almost 700 calories burnt HR in the 140s, 150s. Thanks Danny boy

Can i just take a minute during my cooldown to say how awesome this workout was!!!!! Loved the format and all the moves targeting upper and lower body plus abs in a very complete workout. Sure there was one move i struggled with which was the side to side pushups but definitely a really complete workout. As always my guy Daniel is always keeping it fresh and creative. I was never big in surprises but definitely i always look forward to your content. Definitely want to see you expand your brand!!!!!!
well those push ups are indeed supposed to be hard! first of all we are putting the chest muscle under a longer time under tension and second of all by leaning to a side we are increasing the weight/ resistance on one side of the pecs so it will be more challenging for sure! haha thank you, I will consider expanding then ..let me know if you have any other great ideas :D thank You As always Onika!
