Loved this one Daniel. This was strictly a focus on strength i can tell. Loved the use of the compound movements targeting both the upper and lower quadrants at the same time. Despite this not being an intense cardio the heart rate was still elevated. You are always creative with the combination of movements. Great job as always with the content. Love you Daniel!!!!!!!
