I'm 1 year later after shoulder cuff surgery and have been working my way back into light weights using the 10 lb kettle bells. You Daniel are by far the best which has allowed me to strengthen my muscles while keeping my flexability and not tigthening up like ive seen with some of the heavy kettle ball work outs. Best trainer i've seen!!! Keep up the amazing work!!
I thoroughly enjoyed this workout! For the heavy kettlebells I substituted it with my heavy dumbells and that was it! Keep them coming Daniel! Thank you😊

Dear D, hope you have already found great exercices for nerve gliding (like this: th-cam.com/video/Q4vVZdUrjF0/w-d-xo.htmlfeature=shared). Problem can be in one nerve or three, so you might need multiple moves. Avoid videos which include streching nerves (huge NoGo). And I still recommend acupuncture for the pain. It was only thing that helped me (after two visits). ❤
