These non-cardio strength workouts with a single kettlebell are my favorite. I do much cardio during the week and this is the only thing that keeps my strength up. Sweating like a maniac with a 16KG Kettlebell. Thank you so much

Just taking a moment as i cool down from this amazing workout to acknowledge how impressed I am constantly by the content if this channel. Loves the compound movements and the unilateral work. That dynamic of working the upper and lower body torches the body and kept the heart rate elevated. As usual i love the no repeat workout format. Great job as usual Daniel. Can't wait for the next new workout!!!
Sorry for that, I have build my little gym in the basement during the pandemic and I've been training almost every morning there and every day I'm thinking " Why Have I not Done this before?! " While Im doing my own workout I personally don't need to socialize. I want to Get my training done and get out. And being able to do my routine without any Hussle and working efficient made thing waaaay easier for me! If you have some room in your place and you just want to do the workouts you might want to consider to invest a little and build you homegym...anyways stay safe and keep on smashing your workouts :D
Thank You Claudia! :D Well I haven't seen that barefooted part in the kettlebell manual ;) haha joking! But I understand what you mean. Sometimes I do also my compound leg training with barefoot because I have the feeling than my toes can generate way more force during the movement...but personally I rather to wear shoes especially with HIIT workouts and kettlebell in case that I make a mistake and they land on my toes I have a little bit of protection and they support my hill a bit as well, but if you prefer barefooted and you can rock the workout that way " MORE POWER TO YOU!" :D have a great day and keep on rocking Claudia!!

I prefer strength-based kettlebell workouts too - although of course, my HR was still up the whole time!
