My primary sport is cycling and since I have added these kettlebell seasons unto my VO2 max workouts I have noticed a definite improvement in both strength and speed ie. more power! Keep up the good work Danny boy! 👍

I like a lot of your training. This was tough but a bit repetitve, for my tastes. While there is no actual repetitions, most movements are, essentially, squat. Either way, thanks for all the hard work!
This workout really hit me hard on my quads, abs and triceps.. the most tough one was for me Alt. Staggered Squat.. your workouts are kind of rehabilitation therapy for me, thank you sir for this workout ❤🙏💪
