Removing Rounded/Stripped RC Motor Grub Screw

E-flight power 25 1250kv motor featured. Method can be used for multiple applications.
Screws removed are M3x3mm grub screws used with a 1.5mm hex driver.
Heat applied with a 25watt Weller soldering iron.
Tools used, 4mm pin punch, 100mm vice, steel claw hammer.

Is the video mirrored? You seemed to be tightening them but then I saw the brand on the soldering iron was reversed
