Milk has a huge effect on bone strength. The problem is that most people drink skim milk, which lacks the vitamin k2 required for calcium to actually be absorbed into bones. Without the fat of the milk, calcium just wanders into the body and calcifies arteries and joints. That's why so many health issues are linked to milk, because they use skim milk in their studies.

I don't know where else to put this but I have to get this off my chest. I am addicted to milk. I have to have it every day. I've been drinking it ever since I could remember. My mother would give me some every time I wasn't feeling well. I usually have 4 cups of skim a day but during the pandemic I was drinking whole half gallons. It makes me feel better when I drink it. I'm more open and out going, I actually like talking to people when I've had a few glasses. And at night I always have a nice warm cup right before bed. I will continue drinking at least 200ml whole fat milk everyday, and after that eat many different milk based product from this day on, just to spite you specifically. Good bless lactose tolerance.
I haven't drank milk for close to a decade now. Can't imagine drinking it again. Now cheese on the other hand... I can't live without that 😅

Really fascinating thing about milk is it's link to cancer.
There were some serious studies in China and consumption of milk led to increased chance of cancer.
There were also some serious studies done in Europe and consumption of milk led to decreased chance of cancer.
I personally can't wait till we get even better at dissecting our genome and learn even more about our self.
