- This is a remade version that I made of Akira Ifukube's music from Destroy All Monsters (1968). This version is based on the main title theme, which is also used as the military/SY-3 theme in the movie, and the moon base theme.

@@Th3Sm1ler Not really. I think they have an agreement where one or the other can't make a Godzilla movie in the same year. More importantly, Toho still owns Godzilla cause there's a lot of doubt about if the Monsterverse continues after Godzilla vs. Kong since Toho hasn't renewed any rights to use or given new permissions yet.
You never know. Not only do we have Singular Point coming in a month or two (I think two) but I recall hearing that once the Monsterverse Trilogy of Godzilla movies was done they'd not only return to Godzilla but be making a monsterverse of their own with other classic kaiju. Only time will tell though. For now we just wait for Singular Point and watch for hints at future projects.

Alex Animations Legendary originally wanted more of Toho’s kaiju to appear in cameos after the end fight, but once they saw Toho had a separate price for each monster, regardless for how much time they are on the screen, they decided to create their own

Man, I was so disappointed by the news of the GvK delay, but this immediately put a fuckin smile on my face. You've done justice to one of my favorite Godzilla themes and i can't thank you enough

Oh yeah, I'm actually glad they delayed it cause the fact there had been so little marketing was concerning and felt like things were being rushed. I'm just sad the wait is not a year rather than a few months

Destroy all Monsters with Legendary style monsters and fighting would be so amazing. I could easily see a similar version of the theme being used in a Destroy all Monsters remake. I really hope we get redone version of one of the classic military themes in GvK.

You know, you did a really good job with previous covers of Mecha-G II theme and King Ghidorah theme. But there are things I can point you towards for you to make more modernized covers.

And I know that you don't like Millennial era very much, but Final Wars Big G's theme really stands out, and could be even more powerful with your approach. At least give it a try.

That music brings back since I was little in 2005 I was 4 year old since that movie is my first time see Godzilla
I had a compilation CD of Ifukube's Kaiju eiga scores that included clips and monster roars.. It was in constant rotation alongside FEAR, Black Flag, Anti-Heroes, The Business, Johnny Thunders, AC/DC, and so on...It was one of the best things I ever purchased. I would have the songs (from Godzilla's films) stuck in my head all day while in grade school all thru High School, until Senior year I was able to find the CD at GFest. I wrote so many term papers with that damned thing. It really inspired me. That, and the really damn hard to come by spaghetti western CDs.
It was fun to hunt for music before it was so readily available. Same with film....like looking for Godzilla films, for example. We were always looking for.the holy Grail, and we would always discover something new along the way.

Another great talent is Kweer Kaiju, who re-imagines these songs as synth power bops. His style is specific to synth, but I love yours because it sounds JUST LIKE the real thing! Amazing work. The Destroy All Monsters theme is truly the "Avengers: Assemble" of Godzilla franchise. I'm serious, this verison especially is getting me riled up as I look upon Godzilla let out his victory roar with all the other kaijus at his side on a defrated Ghidorah.
