    I ve been lifting for good year, but never felt engaged my chest like following wycked tips and head movements. I drop about 50% of weight and focus on movement, unbelievable difference. Rolling & moving, squeezing where is at. Thank you mr. Wycked.

    Listen all you say is the truth..I’ve actually been doing some of those movements by trial and error but with your commentary and pinpoint descriptions I’ve been able to notice the difference..So keep it coming

    Everything Mike is commenting on is true. Natural. Lifting for 20 years. Never had someone explain the mind muscle connection so clearly. Did chest presses, shoulder loaded for so long. Relaxing the shoulders is key. I may love this style from having a shoulder injury as well. Chest has blown up since trying some of MVW style.

    Such a good explanation, I will keep this in the back of my mind while training. What is your advice on asymmetric body parts? Can you do more reps on one side to correct it?

    What about the negative aspect of the curl? If your just drop the weight how are building and muscle without fighting the negative drop portion.
    That’s one of the important aspects of any exercise?

    Is there a way to get under the weight on a preacher curl! Is locking yourself closer or body in angle off the equipment better🤷🏽‍♂️
