When in Greece I slept up on the roof as it was cooler, it was far too hot in August to sleep inside. It was lovely looking up at the stars.
I like to put butterscotch chips and pecans in my oatmeal cookies. Would they be something that would be used in the time period.?
Sorghum sometimes grows on the sides of the roads because the seeds drop from a farmer's wagon after it's harvested. That cookie press reminded me of a Venus Fly Trap. 🌾
