Harmony of Dissonance. I always knew I enjoyed the hell out of the music despite everyone's gripes about it, but damn playing the game with this remastered OST would feel like a brand new game for me.
Indeed. HoD was the only Castlevania released on GBA & NDS that not only I didn't finish, but entirely stopped playing after ~2 hours.
When I hear HoD it bothered me. I Liked the first track but the others were bad. Maybe it was the instrumentation. IDK. But it is the weaker of Michiru's Work on the GBA.
Why can’t you?? There has to be a way to do with an emulator.

This is fantastic! I'm wondering if there's any know way to mod / replace the original tracks in the "Castlevania Advanced Collection" with these ones? I'm trying to see if it's possible since, I find it difficult going from Symphony of the Night with the pristine audio going to the GBA & DS versions with MIDI tracks. Same goes for the DS remixes of yours, would love to find a way to patch them into the ROM, although I'm sure that's far more difficult.
Man, the player in Circle of Moon has a CRAAAAZZZY drop rate on cards. He almost had every card(and both double grip) on first/second kill without rare drop ring. And he is playing as vampire killer(not in thief mode)

God, this is truly a work of upmost art, the idea behind Harmony of Dissonance Remastered is creative, having different music set piece for different areas to create this dissonance, but then when you combine them into one (Which I truthfully did out of the blue) it magically create a Harmony of Dissonance (Only some lol), astounding work as always.
Impressed by Harmony of Dissonance. I liked it's rawness, and this remaster takes it to another level.

Enormous amount of effort had to go into this and the effect is incredible, better than Konami's own remasters and remixes. Plus Overtura Luxuria... I bet Miriam likes it.
I've finally watched it all, and *boy* was it worth it. Your love for Luxurious Overture's pretty obvious, but it's alright, considering that it's the musical magnum opus of that game.
Every single piece, even the ones I wasn't fond of, were pretty much remastered into absolute perfection. I am still pretty happy about how it all worked out, mainly Prelude to Despair, Proof of Blood, pretty much everything in both the Dracula X & Harmony of Dissonance OST and Chapel.
Your dedication to remake them in their entirety just for sheer love of this *amazing* franchise is extremely commendable, and as someone who discovered you through your early Dawn of Sorrow remixes prior to their compilation into a single video, it's pretty incredible to see how you've nailed every single track you remixed.
Godspeed, you magnificent bastard.

Really amazing (as always)! HoD is a strong favourite of mine so hearing your take on it's music has been really awesome, I loved the variations between the side A and side B versions and the Chapel of Dissonance Side B is my all time favourite version of that track. The music in all four games has been done justice and then some though, this was definitely worth the wait! I can only imagine projects like these take a lot of time and effort, especially at such a huge scale as this, so since I enjoyed this so much I want to say thank you for putting together such an excellent collection of music. These are now my go to versions of these soundtracks and I think this collection updates the music very well without losing the overall sounds of the original versions, which I greatly appreciate.
Fun Fact: Inserting a invalid disc while loading Rondo of Blood lets you play Akmajou Dracula X: Peke. That's where Opus 13 came from.

final fantasy 5 and 6 on gba have the snes versions modded in for the ost. the legit opera music too.

Hate to be that guy, but do you have this and your other remasters in FLAC? Please don't feel obligated to re-rip and re-up if you don't. MP3s are perfectly serviceable, but I like to keep my options open.

Do you have the midis and the soundfonts of all games?
I can convert the arragements to midis (since I did them from scratch in custom music software) and due to some limitations these may be wrong in many parts after conversion. The souyndfonts I used where downloaded from Zophar's domain, and others where converted using recording tools when playing the original games.

Hmmm... I always like your work but why do I prefer Vampire Killer & Bloody Tears original song on SNES in Dracula X? Your version in this one sounds fine but, they are less "clear"..? They don't sound as crisp & loud? I don't know how to describe it exactly...
For Vampire Killer, the build up around 10:34 and then the big moment from Vampire Killer sound-- Doesn't get the same impact that the original does with midi sound. At least, to me.
