At the end of the document, a tick mark has to be noticed that the document is digitally signed. But all the certified documents are not digitally signed but ??? question marks can be seen. This means the document is not digitally signed. How to get the digital signatures on the certified copies?

This is not possible online. You need to visit the departement manually

This was a very helpful video. Thanks a lot. One question though. I have submitted my application for getting a certified sale deed 2 days ago. Yesterday I received SMS saying CC signed and uploaded. If I login to Kaveri, I can see 'CC Comparer Signed and Uploaded' under 'Saved Applications'. But I don't know or see where can I download this certified copy. Can you please help?
Dont worry you will get multiple messages like this. In fact most of the time 2-3 officers will digitally validate and sign your copy. Each time they do so you will get SMS, so when ever you get and SMS (or on a daily basis) you can keep checking the status as shown in the video. Once it is ready, you will get the download option. Please keep checking daily

Certified copy is as good as original but the problem is, most of the places like bank loan, while selling etc people surely look for only original copy. This is because it is unique.

Please check whether the payment status is success. If so, you can continue again with the esign process. If payment not success, you might need pay again. If payment is failed and still money deducted, you might receive it back in 48 hours.
Hello Sir, we have registered a property in Bangalore on 27th August-2021. How many days it will take for the document to get uploaded in Kaveri website.. The Book type is something like "BNS-I-5388-2021-2022" what does BNS stands for?
Not sure when it gets uploaded and what is BNS for. But since it is BNS-I, I think you can select Book-1 itself. It should get reflected in Kaveri in a week or so

You will get again multiple messages. Each time you get a message log in and see whether the download button is active as shown in the video. Once it is active you can download

The website records data from 2004 onwards. That is the reason you are not able to fiind 1999 data

Yes the e-sign using aadhar has some times problem in that page. Please try the same after some time, I mean till e-sign it will be saved. So just login later and go to your application and try e-sign again. If still it did not work, try on next working day (after 10 am), it should work. This web site is not so efficient even I have faced this e-sign issue but after some time it was working OK

Without knowing any details of the property it is difficult to search for it. There is an option to search by 'Party name' but for that you need to know under which district and sub-district the property belongs to

That should be ok, since it is digital one, after download, just save in your device do that you can take how much ever you want

However I am still worried abt the cost. Because in the video u wr charged around Rs.290 but for me Rs.50 which is too low compared to the cost in the video. As it takes around a week's time for the document to be updated in account. I am afraid i shouldnt see just the doc without digital sign.
Even i could not get why it came less for you. Might be one thing i can think of is, your property might be not in city like Bangalore, might be somewhere in the village or so. Let us see how it goes, if they upload it, it should be a valid digital copy.
