very nice and clear explanation indeed !. I hope the portal has been now updated with much care and planning without giving scope for any glitches! If it is properly implemented then it is commendable work indeed ! what i genuinely doubt is whether the data operator or the applicant are fully conversant with the technicalities of this portal or not ! A small error in filling up the details can grossly misfire the entire process ! I also doubt if one can instantaneously make online payment through net banking because for making such payment the new beneficiary( ie say khazane2) has to be first created and added and wait for 24 hours from incorporation of beneficiary to remit more than Rs 50000 . Pl inform how this hurdle has been overcome / resolved ? Alternatively provision to pay through DD/ Neft /cash may also be included .

There should be an Help Desk in all the Sub-Registrar Offices. Other staff will not respond purposefully for any clarifications. Further, if a presenter fails to appear on the time given to him, can he apply for a slot on the same day if the slot is available. For that whether he has to resubmit the document again ?
1) Taluk names were automatically changing. 2) While selecting executant showing error like duplicate ID found. 3) Not able to select the presenter 4) I am not able make small corrections. Help me in fixing these issues

In 2021, we applied for a certified copy of sale deed through cauvery portal and paid the fees through canarabank net banking . unfortunately our account was debited but the receipt did not get generated .Needless to say we could not get the certified copy of sale deed. unfortunately the money was not refunded or could not be retrieved till date . Again we went through the procedure on some subsequent day and again paid the fee through same net banking of canara bank. Again amount was promptly debited to account but the portal did not respond . complaint to canara bank also did not invoke any response or help from them. we simply lost our money twice in the process. I want to know if this problem is now raken care of in cauvery 2.0 version ?

Kaveri 2 is not showing EC's details. It shows no data for valid details which was working earlier on Kaveri 1. This will lead to Duplicate Registrations and lot of Frauds will happen. When are you Fixing this problems ? How will you stop any one trying fraud
