Also would like to see a video of you breaking down all the mods to your car and how much they cost in parts/installation each, with a running tally of the total at the end. If you could be specific with the wheels on the offset, diameter, tire setup, whether you ran spacers, and what brakes you got, that would be very helpful. I have the r-sport and to be honest, I’m over paying for the performance... The exterior is beautiful and unique.. I get all excited when I see another Q60 pull up haha but it needs a lot of improvements.
If you’re considering this car, I would recommend getting a Beamer (m2 or m3)... tech is better and the torque is much higher which makes a huge difference when stepping on it
Dang, I was hoping this car would be manual transmission. Stick shift is funner to drive . Been looking to make the switch to a sport / luxury option but I don’t want an automatic. I like feeling like I have full control of the car . And down shifting on the freeway is blast !
well the 400z will be the car for you then. Such a shame too cause the transmission is the only weakness to this car.

Hey, I just got a brand new Q50 red sport AWD from Infiniti of Scottsdale. They're partnered with AMS. Any mods you buy through them and let them install won't void the warranty. If you're past the warranty check out Snail Performance in PHX. They specialize in Subaru, they pro tuned my WRX, but they do Infiniti too.
4.5s relatively fast ! Anything under 6.5s is fast ! Looking at buying one of these upcoming summmer, Q50 or Q60 red sport. Might drive my I35 until the wheels fall off though.

does your car vibrate at all while driving? If so, how did you fix it? I tried wheel alignment, tire balancing but doesnt really fix it. what do you think it could be?
No not at all, I would say it’s prolly as simple as a bent wheel bro... that’s odd
My V36 had that issue for a bit. The front tires were bad. Replaced them and the shake was gone immediately.

I don't like the outdated nav and lack of android/apple play. There's an aftermarket for a Tesla-like full screen that replaces the dual screen but it sounds like a risk without continued support to fix the issues in the long run. Also, I find the turbo lag is bigger than I'd like, wondering if anyone has a recommendation for that without voiding my 6 year warranty
I agree I hate that you need to have a 2020 in order to get the Apple play it’s super outdated , also you won’t void your warranty aslong as you keep your oem parts and swap them out in order to get warranty work done. Or you can potentially find a dealer who doesn’t really care if your lightly modified . I would encourage you do couple Bolt ons / better cooking system and tune to reduce lag. Also gotta keep in mind no matter what you will ALWAYS have a slight lag no matter what when turbod

Find a mod friendly dealership. I blew my engine on a 2.0 ecoboost and they swapped my engine under warranty (i was tuned as well nof just bolt ons)

The ark performance lowering springs are amazing and till this day I’m amazed with how the perform I ran them on my 370z and I fell in love then and till this day I would recommend anyone who wants an aggressive drop with stiff suspension honestly feels just like stock and not all bouncy like a rally car LMAO 😂
Yearly Taxes $1020, Insurance $2688 a year, payments $6508 yearly...it all adds up. Not including inspections, emissions and 93 octane gas. Don’t forget oil changes, tires and overall maintenance costs. It’s a fun car, but expensive.

I would honestly keep saving in your MSA “massive saving account” being a part time worker and college student I feel like wouldn’t be the smartest thing maybe if you were working full time I would possibly consider it hence insurance and your monthly payment would be pretty high up. You can always get your dream car another year or 2 bro when the market becomes a little less aggressive. You would also have a better income and more $$ to put down i recommend putting at-least 20-30% downpayment

I really think you should cop a low milage g37 bc the vq is super amazing and there's so much to learn from that car... and buy then you'll be able to afford my 2017 q60 rs for a fraction of what I paid... hope I don't sound like I'm killing your dreams but trust me you'll have an easier time with insurance which is gonna be the main thing that kills your checking account . But I hope everything works out for you lil bro .. make it happen if you really want to just stay away from financing and leasing

Ayyy bet that 🤘 2018+ have been a lot more reliable with the belt issues . Apparently they fixed that bug on 2018+ or it isn’t as common at least. Also 2018 would be more ideal since you want to have all factory warranty

I sold my 16 ND Miata for my 17 Q60. I will say going from a manual to an auto was difficult but I knew they days of manual g’s are gone. What gets me about this car is the steering... wtf is up with it always trying to steer me instead of the other way around.? Does this happen to you? At first I thought it was in need for an alignment but now I think it’s just the steering for whatever reason

Lol I have a 2017 rs 60 it's called steer by wire.. its basically the computer steering for you... I take it to the canyons in Connecticut and I've really gotten use to it

i also own a q60 and you can adjust the seat belt high and place. On the top part where the seat belt is hanging that thing can go up and down depending on what’s comfortable for you. Also good work on the videos dawg!
