Funnily enough I’m very familiar with Naim Audio and have quite a lot of their amplification in my home system. At the same time I’ve just had my car system upgraded (today) by Source Audio. New Hertz component front speakers, Audison amp with inbuilt DSP, Audison active sub and sound proofing to all doors and the boot. In conclusion, I cannot recommend these guys too strongly - genuine enthusiasts who care about their work and the customer - very strongly recommended!

How much extra weight has been added with the extra soundproofing and the additional power amplifier and subs?

Of course this will have added weight to the original vehicle however we feel that this is well worth the slight loss of MPG on such a vehicle and lets be honest if you drive a vehicle like this your not worried about putting a little extra in fuel in the vehicle to get the Amazing Sound Quality this upgrade gives the customer.

@@sourcesounds8849 i was for sur not worried about the mpg, more of driving characteristics, sure not important on this type of vehicle. I would like to soundproof my CLS and I was looking into an indication of extra weight. Is it more or less the 50kg?

@@mariomajcica4618 the Skinz sound proofing is 15.5KG per bulk pack box with 27 sheets in this and we have probably used 5 boxes so this plus the additional audio products will be more than 50KG but every customer has different needs and we would look at each customers needs and work out a solution to suit their individual needs and budget. Naim for bentley. It has 2200 watts 18 speakers and is regarded as the best stock factory original sound system ever fitted to any production car ever.

@@cephasmakuzva this is true and as a factory product it’s good however the speakers and the amplifier is not Naim Products and only the processing. The overall sound and bass response was not up to our customers needs and this was cured by properly sound proofing the vehicle and adding extra power amplifiers and subwoofers .. Most car manufacturers will never produce something that a true Hi-Fi lover will consider fantastic and this is why a car audio specialist will always need to be consulted to help the vehicle owners get the sound they are looking for.

@@sourcesounds8849 thats exactly right. I agree but for the average listener they say its the best factory sound system in a car. What hi-fi gave it 10/10. 2200 watt in a car is ridiculous and anything over 12 or 13 speakers in a car is unessessary. Sounds not really going to get anymore 'surround' than that. Your ear wont notice so theres no point. Range rover have the record for most speakers in a car from factory 29 speaker meridian that produces 1700 watts. Flipping ridiculous 29 speakers from factory. More speakers don't necessarily make it better
