I wonder if it is part of the script? Start to do it when the opponent is nearly dead in a round and then open with it to taunt the other guy into making a mistake and walking into more parries? Honestly what confuses me here is how bad their punishes are on perfect parry.
Yeah - everyone knows throwing is a braindead, no skill activity because Capcom made them OP in this game.
It could probably just the script is doing an input to avoid attacks or grab. Doesn't necessarily means a teabag, just the script is acting weird when waiting the opposite opponents to make a move.

I’m 1600 MR and I’m struggling to gain anymore. I know I’ve ran into a few of these guys.
It’s frustrating somebody who probably can’t even get past diamond one is holding 1900 MR or more.
The sad thing is that if they do something it's probably going to make everyone's experience worse. Servers get laggier, new anti-cheat makes the game run slower or not run at all etc. Cheaters poison the whole environment with their bullshit.
The Final Fantasy music really helps.

I think a tournament consisting entirely of cheat bots would be worth watching, at least once. Then it's a completely fair competition.
As a programmer I would be interested as well, but I think matches would be very defensive and boring to watch. There’s no point in using non-cancellable heavy attacks when your opponent can react on frame 2. And once your bot gets the life lead it can just crouch block to win.
They already have modern controls, what more do these MFs need to win a game 😂

My main question is, how do you even find a replay like this?
Easy. When you play someone who you suspect of cheating you can just go through their replays. I've done the same thing. Back before I went to PS5 only, I had a guy throw tech with 100% accuracy and perfect parry stray normals too many times to be human. The rest of his decisions during the match were pretty bad so I beat him anyway. Checked his replays and most matches were one and done. Poor footsies and poor decision making but you can PP random stray normals and throw tech with 100% accuracy. It was obvious.

I think some cheaters play for real (or at least with minimal cheats) first round to try to appear legit.
Yeah Bison at first didn't look like a bot, Cammy definitely has robotic movement.
Second half, Bison stepped up the bot scripts with the many perfect grab breaks in a row.

I would say it had less mechanics that cheats easily "synergize" with, auto-dp, and throw tech are probably the only ones i can think of.

Literally fought a Kimberly in silver rank that was able to break all my throws attempts and parry and DI most of my attacks. Only won one match. Now I dont feel as bad, they were cheating.
