Ya see i like the Troddlmiester when hes out in the wilds, enjoying a hike and a camp and sharing his knowledge.. I also think that tent three is excellent.. summers have just got better for you. I hope you found some answers up there pal... I dumped on Skye... Great to see you finding happiness and contentment.. Cheers - Troddlite Jim. 😎😎😎
Thank you big Jim, pleased with the tent, be interesting to see how it does in wind, will deffo mod it, I did find some answers up there, I should have found them a long time ago, but it’s nothing I can’t handle, Sorry you dumped? Looked like it was going well too? Cheeeers Jam and thank you for watching 👍👏👏👏😊
Just found your channel, new sub here! Great vid that and can fully relate about getting up there, finding solitude and it being the best thing in the world. There is a beauty in stripping out all the excess in life and getting out there with just a pack and being comfortable and content. Keep your chin up with whatever you are dealing with in your personal life mate and all the best - BR
Thank you ever so much for your kind words, I am sure I will be ok, just a bump in the road, like you say just the medicine we need, to get out there and forget about everything else, I will also sub you back Thank you for watching, all the best Tito
It will be very hard to be brief Tito as the Mallerstang, and Nine Standards area is right up there as my favourite part of the Pennines and co-incidentally I christened my Notch Li on High Seat last Tuesday night. However, I approached from the south as I needed Little Fell for one of my Dales 30. With hindsight I should've took the Scarp as it was very windy and the Notch was at its limit I'd say, I wild-camped on Nine Standard's last year but dropped a right bollock and managed to delete all my film footage. A real shame as it was a fantastic trip. I'm not sure if you've ever driven the road over to Keld from Nateby but it is a right gem as it drops down into Upper Swaledale.....one of the great roads of the Pennines. A wonderful vid' Tito and I hope you got some respite from some of the the shite life throws at us. 🙏
Hi Chris, I can see why you love it, a truly wonderful wild camp, a real joy from start to finish, that road i definitely need to drive along, the notch was fantastic, but there was no challenge as no wind, the one thing I did notice is I think i felt the cold more earlier in the evening but then warmed up later, whether it was my Matt or the tent I’m not so sure, will deffo be modding it, but was simple to set up, it’s a bummer when you lose your footage, the shite i will have to deal with, but I will deal with it, but thank you, I have a lot to be grateful for in life 👍thanks for watching and commenting as always, all the best Tito
