@@JarethGarza love the video by the way .... just wondering the brand and name of the dept and space cutter i would not mind getting one.. last week i had a Holden Opel Astra G 2004 the customer had tried starting the vehicle too many times the vehicle went in to lock down mode and they did not tell me so i had trouble adding the id40 chip in the end i realized what was wrong and rectified the problem then added the chips using the MVP so yes it is not as easy as people think it is and here in Australia there are a lot of shops that clone keys but wont do what we do the full immobilization .
Jareth, I am an auto locksmith too (based in the UK). Great vid, and personally i find more satisfaction in picking and decoding than just cutting to a key number. Only difference between the way I do it is the use of a electronic key cutter to cut the key.

I have the lishi but I still like doing the key impression with the file lol locksmith have come a long way most use vin number to get the key code and let the machine do the work kind of loses the beauty of being a locksmith ... Keep up the good work ...

I have a 2008 Mazda 3 and the dealer wanted $250 to make me a key plus I had to get it towed to them. Luckily I found the key.
