    I really appreciate your informative videos. I just got the Autel KM100 and hope to get the Key Tool Max Pro in the near future.

      I have the autel km100 myself . It’s a great tool but l don’t believe it works with xhorse remotes you would have to use the autel Ikeys . Very good universal keys .

    Hey man great channel . I’m actually looking at the California institute . Did you do the basic locksmithing class or direct to the auto class. Also where do you get your fobs or blanks from ?

    Hi man, I've been consuming all the available material about auto locksmiths. And I'm thinking joining the business. Can you start with key tool max pro or would you recommend going im508s + xp400pro? I'm in Europe, naturally here are many European cars. Thanks in advance

    • @Beginner-locksmith
      @Beginner-locksmith  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I think if you are doing European vehicles you will need both. You will need some on to teach you eprom programming.

    Good video, again. Please slow down on the pronunciation of the products. Im doing research and have already bought a km100 but looking to see what my next step is. I had to rewind multiple times to check what tool you were talking about. Maybe even put the name or link in the descriptions or during the talking about the tool? Let's see some work on the field if possible? Thanks again from Texas

      In my everyday life I’m told to slow down while talking 😂 so it’s something I struggle with.
      Field work for sure.
      It’s just hard sometimes for me personally because holding my phone and such but you will see some though. Excuse the quality of the first on of field work. That’s a good idea in the description. I appreciate all your suggestions ❤ I really do!!!

    whats your opinion on the obdstar x300 dp plus i wasted alot of my money on buying it last year after taking a 3 month course on automotive locksmithing. Teachers and mentors highly reccomended it claiming it is the best programmer, do you know if its scubscription based on a yearly basis or if its just a one time purchase

    • @Beginner-locksmith
      @Beginner-locksmith  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hey man!!! I’m sure it’s a great programmer!!! I’ve only heard good things about it, that being said there is no best programmer. You will need a variety of programmers but it’s okay to start with 1 strong programmer. I do believe it’s subscription based though but unsure. May I know what course you took? Also hey man a lot of us end up going big when it’s unnecessary,that’s kinda why I made my channel so others don’t make my mistakes 😂

    Can’t find any apprenticeships in my area, what’s the best way to get started? How do you practice?

    • @Beginner-locksmith
      @Beginner-locksmith  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yeah I’m sure apprenticeships are hard to find. I don’t know where you stand or live. If you could find a reputable school or something. I went to the California institute of locksmithing and they were a great way for me to learn. That’s probably the next choice and a go to for a lot of people. The next choice is take an online course and see if that can help you. I’ve taken one I didn’t like it. Here’s one that might help you get started at least with fundamentals www.uhs-hardware.com/products/recorded-on-demand-training-auto-101-complete-automotive-locksmith-course I’m in no way affiliated and I don’t know if it’s good or not. Do your research on any schools or online courses you take. Hope this helps.

      Also after school I got the equipment and started practicing with friends and family that were interested and I did it for them at discounted price. I also practiced on my own car now I’m trying to get better at picking certain vehicles and getting door locks from different cars and practicing.

    Informative video , but it’s difficult to understand what you are saying at times , it’s like you are on fast forward.. the mic you are using is terrible so it doesn’t help. I am looking to get into lock smithing myself mostly for cars..I purchased a few pieces of equipment already along with the books . Please slow down when speaking at times , I’m trying to learn something from you..cool thanks 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

      I film from my phone. I do enjoy filming and making TH-cam videos but I don’t really feel like investing into the channel because I’m focusing on my business. I will do my best to slow down and speak clearly, this is a criticism I receive in my daily life so I know I got to work on it. Hopefully you do learn a thing or too. Good luck on your journey 👍
