Galactus surely wasn’t “sucking” in this battle and Katamari Damacy was surely on a “roll” this time! Also I have a body acting role for you, can I tell you what it is? Mind-Blowing Verbal Conflicts of Time approved!
The Prince won as soon as he threw the lifeless body of Kirby at Galactus, showing that he is not the end-all be-all that he thinks he is. He is merely a speck to the Very Hungry Caterpillar. He compares Galactus to Kirby, a mere victim to the Caterpillar. He's warning Galactus that no matter how high he speaks of himself, The Very Hungry Caterpillar is still the one that should be feared, and that Galactus is pretty much a nothing, another being that'll fall to The Very Hungry Caterpillar.
Love it, great to see more Katamari Damacy battles, and that Galactus was probably the best he’ll ever be done in a rap battle. Awesome battle. Also, I like the Grids at the start and end becoming a regular thing, it fits quite well.
I just discovered you guys and holy shit your recent videos have been fucking great! My fav so far is Wario Vs Dracula but this one is really fucking good. I love your Galactus portrayal and how oddly good it looks in live action form, keep up the bad ass fucking work!
There’s a lot I like about this battle but also some improvements I think could be made: MATCHUP: I love it, I’ve seen it suggested before and I just think it fits really well. VISUALS: One of the best parts of the battle, both backgrounds are simple and get the idea of each character across well without being to complex. Love the colors for both, the green and blue for the Prince really give it that fun feel while the purple and orange really give Galactus that epic feel. I also like how the Prince background changes in the second verse. CHARACTER PORTRAYALS: The best part of this battle is how the characters are portrayed, live action Galactus is done well, costume is great, voice is perfect, movements are slow which fits. One suggestion I would make is more varied movements for Galactus, feels like he repeats a lot of the same movements. People are talking about how awesome Galactus is portrayed and rightfully so, but love how the Prince is portrayed, the animation is super clean and the voice acting is really good. Over both characters seem like themselves from the source material LYRICS: Love the Prince’s lyrics, from the Jacked Kirby line which I think is fantastic, to the silver line, all great stuff, I think he won because of his punches like those. Galactus’ are fine, I like the epic nature of them but at times it seems like he repeats some disses like the Prince’s father. I also feel like he is almost like arguing with the Prince rather than dissing him. Good stuff for Galactus but could have been better. BEAT: Has epic feel and the rappers do a good job to stick to it; however it doesn’t change and at times gets repetitive. OVERALL: This battle is a really good battle at being good, everything ranges from good to great and I feel like the fundamentals are executed to a fantastic level. However there are some things that hold it back from being fantastic but they are some great elements so 8.5/10 overall!!! Great job and keep up the fantastic work!

This is amazing. I never thought i would see a Galactus battle in my life, but, here we are. Great battle Tibbs, loved the animation for The Prince. Why has Ritchie not gotten more attention yet? Yes, i do know 'bout Phil Eggtree vs Henry Stickmin, his partial animations in Oogie Boogie vs King Dice, and, of course, Kirby vs Caterpillar, so i do know he was in a few projects, but, come on, he's underrated. Give this guy (And Tibbs and his crew) some more love. They need it.

Yea, zilla had a specific suit and Galactus is humanoid, Katamari is an abstract alien that would’ve required very experimental and difficult costume building that had almost no chance to look good

The rhyme scheme from 0:55-1:21 is so nice! I love the ABAB rhyme scheme, fits the character of Galactus so well!
