Seam (pronounced Shawm) is a shopkeeper Darkner from the Card Kingdom.
Seam is only ever seen inside their shop. In Chapter 1, their shop is located in the Field. In Chapter 2, their shop is relocated to Castle Town.
Some time before Kris and Susie arrive in the Dark World, Seam was the Court Magician working with Jevil, the Court Jester. One day, however, Jevil met a "strange someone," and his personality began to change. Soon, Jevil became insane, and Seam was forced by the four Kings to lock him away. Seam claims that Jevil's "strange words" have made their view of the world "darker, yet darker" ever since.
The Happy Mask Salesman, also known as the Happy Mask Shop Owner, is a recurring character in The Legend of Zelda series.
In Ocarina of Time, the Happy Mask Shop Owner opens the Happy Mask Shop in the Market after Link delivers Zelda's Letter to the Death Mountain Trail Gatekeeper in Kakariko Village. Once the shop is open, Link can speak to him to become a "happiness salesman." This starts a Mask Trading Sequence where Link can borrow each of the Shop's Masks and sell them to people. After selling all four Masks, Link receives the Mask of Truth, which allows him to understand what Gossip Stones say. Along with this, he can return to the Happy Mask Shop to borrow all of the Masks he has previously sold as well as four new Masks.

And I think I saw some references to the Seam VS Ragatha battle too!
