- Omega Level Mutants are beings in the Marvel universe who have entered a stage of unquantifiable power. Taking that concept over into DC (and slightly changing the premise) who would Omega Level characters or threats be in the DC universe?

@@Heavypunch23 Wonder Woman is an equal to Superman in every sense of the word. Aquaman not only is on par in strength speed durability etc..with the other top tiers of the JL but his powers specifically having control over the entire ocean if he wanted to he could turn that 25% of earths surface that is land into 0% . In or near ocean he’s even more of problem. He’s more of a threat to the planet than 98% of the JL .
I think what the Marvel wiki was trying to say about Jean Grey was, if a character has multiple abilities only 1 of them needs to be omega level for them to qualify. So if a character has a lot of really strong abilities (like superman) that doesn't mean they aren't omega level, it just means they have a lot abilities that are at an omega level.
That would make sense. So if you have at least one power at a max or beyond you make the cut to be an Omega. If you have multiple powers at a max or beyond you almost break the scale.
Yeah it's saying mutants can have multiple powers but it's usually their dominant power that reaches omega level. Jean is omega level telepatch because there's no upper limit to her telepathy however at the time her telekinesis did have one unlike Exodus who is an omega level telekinetic who's also telepathic as well. However his telepathy is far weaker than his telekinesis.
Beyond omega level
I remember hearing Omega Level in Marvel to clarify means you’re able to affect a planet, so technically a lot of these characters would be beyond Omega Level but great video!

Omega Level has always been weird to me. Sometimes it's people who are threats to planet, which is most Marvel characters anyway. But then other times it's people with God like Universe ending power.
God level beings are beyond omega level , planet Affecting beings are just Omega level.
I think that Captain Atom and possibly Firestorm could be considered as possibly being omeg level

@@kzoc1797 Captain Atom fits perfectly with how Marvel works and its Origin as well in its Era. Some of the X-Men have his type of Powers but not to his extent.

Thing is, Superman has a LOT more powers than just his standard power set. While it's true that, physically speaking, he is far beyond normal human level even without the sun, the sun activates his REAL power, which is psionics - ALL kinds of psionics. The bulk of his strength, speed, and durability are telekinetic, his flight is telekinetic, his heat vision is telekinetic/pyrokinetic, his super breath is aerokinetic/cryokinetic, his telescopic and microscopic vision and super hearing are essentially a form of "remote viewing"/ESP, and he has SO many other powers that we rarely see, but that DC occasionally hints at (full telekinesis, telepathy, energy manipulation, full control of his physiology, force fields, etc.). Superman is crazy, absurdly powerful - really, he's on par with guys like Darkseid and Highfather, and potentially even more powerful, because he can ALSO absorb and use magic the way he does sunlight, though he doesn't usually do it (but he has in the past).

I think the problem is a lot of cosmic beings and aliens are on this list. If that were so with marvel, silver surfer would be an omega lvl mutant too. Perhaps confining it to meta humans would be better

Great take on these Omega Level beings! We need more Dr. Fate, but let's not do an origin story.... It's too bad we only got a taste of him in Black Adam, but he was one of the saving factors in that movie, and we need more from that character.
That movie is really not good... but it's a guilty pleasure movie for me lol. However, all the costumes in it are amazing!
Wally IS canonically faster than Barry, and also has a wider array of capabilities than Barry.

After Crisis on Infinite Earths, Barry didn't actually die. He crossed over into the Marvel Universe where he ended up racing all of Marvel's speedsters and won - EASILY. After that, he somehow ended up back in the speed force, and eventually returned to the DC Universe. So, Barry may not be faster than Wally, but he's faster than EVERYONE in Marvel. 😂
The Specte and Dr. Manhattan would be beyond omega level just like Franklin Richards

I think you also have to include the best of the Green Lanterns. They are only limited by their conscious thought, and as we can see by John Stewart's recent ascension, they can be God-like beings.

1. Grundy is Undead (like a Zombie, Mummy, or Vampire) and is the avatar of Decay/The Gray (similar to Swamp Thing, but connects to all fungal life instead of plant life)
2. This list and video are talking about characters that are Omega Level Threats, not mutants from MARVEL

Firestorm problebly qualifys, he can literally create anything, has incredible intelligence, and more.
There is a tier above omega level its called Beyond Omega leevel mutants and thats where people like Jean, Magento, Drawin, Scarlett Witch and a few others reside in.
Also Marvel scaling is on the same level if not higher than DC's at some points.
DC’s characters are more OP than marvel’s characters
I think the beyond omegas are Nate grey(psionics) Franklin richards(reality warping) Vulcan(energy manipulation) and Mr M(matter manipulation) Least from the most recent lore I could find.

Characters like Doomsday and the Hulk can be easily defeated if their opponents used their powers correctly instead of serving some plot. They can be easily teleported into space or punched into orbit. I hate when Doomsday shows up. Characters have to fight like morons to make him a threat.

If a Character needs a weapon or a magical object to enhance their power they don't qualify as omega level if that's the case iron man would be consider an omega level character but his abilities come from his armor

I’d argue Superman’s omega level power is his solar absorption. Doesn’t have a limit and the more he absorbs the stronger he is 🤓

I know that you don’t like him very much, so I understand why you didn’t add him to the list, but Aquaman is definitely on the same tier as Diana. his strength and durability rival hers, plus he can control the weather globally; depending on interpretation he can even control water itself. he could destroy humanity in an afternoon if he felt like it

When editing it though I did think to my self that he should have probably just been an honourable mention because all "gods" would simply be omega level.
Yeah, Superman and Doomsday are classic examples of this, Superman's powers are enhanced by the light of the sun, and scales off of how much energy he has absorbed, so he can scale infinitely with how much he absorbs as long as there's no limit to how much he can absorb. And Doomsday just keeps mutating to become stronger and as far as we know can mutate infinitely. So each of those powersets have no clear limits.

Batman is the Real Goat in DC. Not just he can beat Sups on daily basis as a regular human. He can beat Manhattan which he did steal as the Darkest Knight. So he is the strongest character in DC if he gets enough Prep Time. Sups is just a droplet in the ocean infront of Bruce.
You neglect to mention that Supes allows Bats to beat him. Bats has admitted this, Supes has admitted this.

He always has contingency plans & we saw when he actually gets serious nothing in the DC multiverse can stop him except plot armour. & By the way sups & Bats didn't said that bats beat him everytime cause he holds back. It's cause he is that brilliant that he doesn't even need to use any superpower to beat him. The holding back wasn't a statement from Any of them, it's a writers way to justify Sups as the main guy of DC. Cause Bats can do way better then Sups without any superpower let alone the Plot Armour.

If this is Pre-Flashturd, the DC bench is DEEEEEEEP. There are characters at standard who can pass gas whilst sleeping and obliterate so-called Omega Level.

Even the Marvel Wiki has no clear definition for what counts as Omega. DC's power compared to Marvel's is absurd. Also Marvel has no kryptonite so in a fight Marvel has no chance. Every: Kryptonian, speedster, reality warper, god, perhaps experienced lantern user, or being that could legit compete with those guys are Omega level. Raven is pretty much a goddess too
