2024 YAMAHA XSR 900 | Suspension Adjustments

XSR900 is famous for having an uncomfortable seat. I noticed after my first ride, right after my Triumph Trident 660, the suspension was pretty stiff out of the box. Sitting on the motorcycle, I noticed 0 give in the rear suspension. I made some adjustments, played a bit with settings and happy to report, its much more comfortable compared to how it came out of factory.

The diagrams from the user manual are somewhat confusing - why don't they just say 'direction B' is anti-clockwise? Direction A' is shown on the diagram right beside B but not mentioned in the text. Poorly written manual.

@HaggisPower I agree, best would be to slowly made changes and push on it to see if you like the setting. I walk the bike a few inches then brake hard to see if the forks pogo. Goal is to reach one up one down movement.
