I'm in the south east of England, and haven't had snow this bad, for as long as I can remember. '86 was probably the last really disruptive winter, and our village was cut off for 4 or 5 days, but nothing as bad since. I feel you guys out there, but you have to admire your resilience......Gr3at camera work too.
I am a 62 year-old female from Michigan, lived here in my whole life. I absolutely love the snow! I have such good memories of playing in the snow from my childhood. My family thinks I am crazy. 😂😂
Growing up watching The Weather Channel (originally on old-school satellite dish), this is exactly the kind of weather I would be expecting to see Jim Cantore out and about filming on a street corner. I described your channel to my mom just today as "Jim Cantore style weather footage, but without the commentary and forecasts"
@cu8065 They all fall apart and don't know what to do!!! Go back to the drivers education class and THINK!!!! Use that knowledge and slow down pay attention!!!
Lake-effect snow is produced during cooler atmospheric conditions when a cold air mass moves across long expanses of warmer lake water. The lower layer of air, heated by the lake water, picks up water vapor from the lake and rises through colder air. The vapor then freezes and is deposited on the leeward (downwind) shores.
I grew up on Lake Erie and in a way I kind of miss the snow. In Knoxville, Tennessee when it snows they call it a blizzard and I just laugh at him as I am the only one getting out of the apartment complex.
Imagine snow that depth on the roof of such a building. And since people have to fight the weather and roads to get to the stadium, why not just make the whole experience miserable?
Mother Nature just turned Buffalo to Erie into a snowy masterpiece! Time to bundle up, grab your shovels, and embrace the frosty fun. Who's ready for some snowball battles and epic winter vibes?
People that are unprepared but still try, only to ditch their cars in the middle of the road, cause so much heartache for so many people. 8:01 These clowns are the worst of the worst. Trying the only open lane, just to get stuck and block EVERYONE. Yah I have some hard feeling about folks that do this.
The distance from downtown Buffalo to Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park is 11 miles. Orchard Park and going south got slammed by the storm. Buffalo got.... zero. Years ago when the location for the new stadium was picked a lot of people thought it was idiotic to put an open air stadium there. They were right.
Were you here personally to get this footage? Did you travel here before the storm hit in hopes to capture this? Or did you have a local colleague send you this to upload? Amazing work!
I have heard about Buffalo and they say that is a very nice place. An easy going living location both for young families and grown old pensioners, such as Nebraska is. Besides, I like the Buffalo Animal both in a Sauvage state and domesticated as well. It is said that, properly cured, their fleshes are tasty and their milk is for good shape and health. A very suitable beast to be reproduced in large quantities in the snowed grass and forests caves of the hills and mountain chains. Lake Erie, Passadena State also seems a such nice place... With its little chalets over the lake and those nice snowed pine trees. A beautiful realistic panorama of a Merry Christmas times. Have a nice baby boom and a Happy New Year 2025 AD. God bless the new born lives. Amen. Dunkirk, New York State is also such a nice place... It seems to me as if there were dunes of sands but made on cotton pops... Such as cotton clouds... God bless the children and the eldest people of Dunkirk, NY and protect them and bring some warm consolation and nice company. Amen. God keep on blessing you for that great country that you have, that is The Great United States of America. God bless America! Amen. I am waiting for that peaceful feast of the trespassing governmental administration ceremony at the incoming January 2025 AD. Best regards from Buenos Aires. Marcelo.
Crazy how it looks like this in Orchard Park and a half an hour down the 90 to Amherst, New York nothing but grass. This is why I could never live near the lake.
Went for a drive here is Peoria/Surprise Arizona. I had to turn on my air conditioner because we had a high of 80 degrees... Forcast here: 80 Monday, December 2nd, and 81 Tuesday December 3rd...
Use SNOWSOCKS for yr tyres, you will be amazed how you drive through 25cm of snow. Washable, easy to fit in 5 min. Do not accellerate fast or brake fast, because this can damage the snowsocks.

It's not as bad as it could be I'll have to work on that a little bit Raymond Paul Sullivan III me myself and I and him RPS 111 time for Ray to move on

Yes, and would you believe that some still don't know that the reason for the extreme weather that we've been experiencing is due to global warming of the polar ice caps. Lake Effect Snow is caused by colder but under freezing air moving over Lake Erie when the water is warmer and unfrozen. www.weather.gov/safety/winter-lake-effect-snow
Yup global warming. This year we had many temperatures records broken in europe. We have drought. Also its december and instead winter we have early spring. Just cause lake effect made snow in usa doesnt mean theres no global warming. Look at extreme temperaturesbin india during summer. Usa is not whole world
Great footage. No annoying music. No narration. Just beautiful footage of mother nature at work.
Thanks!
That drone up the street to a view of Lake Erie was masterful!
Thank you!
Very!!! 👏👏👏.....
Nice but it is clear there, for the most part, isn't any snow in Buffalo.
Great coverage of the last several days. Love the aerial footage. Nice work!!
Thanks a lot!

Hey guys from UK.. You got this. The footage is beautiful.
Many thnx WXChasing, great footage but you are crazeeee!! Glad you are or we’d not realize any of this ❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️!!!!!
Thank you!

Remember Jim Cantore and all that lightning during the winter that really got him going ? Captain Keith, Tight lines
Great video. I had no idea a drone can take that much cold!!
Fantastic quality video - great shots.
Appreciate it!
Very nice. The ambient air mass is crystal clear. ❤
I cant wait until it snows!!! Its my favorite time of year!!! ❄️❄️☃️☃️🔥🔥🔥......
i love every part about it except for the terrible drivers 😖😖
@cu8065 They all fall apart and don't know what to do!!! Go back to the drivers education class and THINK!!!! Use that knowledge and slow down pay attention!!!
It's nice to look at, but I don5 like being out, in it. Clearing the cars every morning is the worst......Fortunately I'm retired now though.
Nothing stops the Buffalo Bills Fans 💙❤💙
They are a Hardy People. Hats off to them from Michigan.
very beautiful and therapeutic snow storm
I love snowstorms. I had better have. I live in Northern Michigan on Lake Huron.
Not for the people stuck in this snow. Have a heart.
Nice video, no annoying music!!!

Haha u know how the real snow hits !!! They all huddle up with loaves of bread and tp 😅
Same here in North Carolina. Everything closes at the thought of snow. Im a New England native
Awesome video 👍❄️🥶❄️
Crazy the Bills don't have an indoor stadium considering where it's located.
They are building a new one, across the street, but this one isn't domed either.
Playoff elements in there favor without a dome
I seriously was just thinking that
football should be played in the weather. never have liked the indoor stadiums.
Imagine snow that depth on the roof of such a building. And since people have to fight the weather and roads to get to the stadium, why not just make the whole experience miserable?
Send some to us in Dallas! Beautiful footage!
I have plenty of videos from Dallas when it snows. It gets wild there with just a couple inches.
❤ hello to lake
Hi from Northumberland England
Hi from Northumberland County Pennsylvania. 😁
Hi from Buffalo NY 👍
Mother Nature just turned Buffalo to Erie into a snowy masterpiece! Time to bundle up, grab your shovels, and embrace the frosty fun. Who's ready for some snowball battles and epic winter vibes?
Not here way up in Northeastern Ontario, Timmins to be exact, only light snow flurries, and a total accumilation on the ground is about 6" max.
Supposedly we’re gonna get another snow storm. Welcome winter!
Thank you Buffalo for showing up to play and beating 49ers
Interesting...here in Toronto we are having pleasant weather.
Great Work !
Thanks!!

HOW MANY years of shoveling by hand, skidloaders & dump trucks would cancel out if they put a dome over the stadium??
The freakin game must go on!! The fans shoveling should get free season passes to Highmark Stadium!!
Seems you east of the Mississippi river never heard of tire chains, cables, or studded tires?
Were you here personally to get this footage? Did you travel here before the storm hit in hopes to capture this? Or did you have a local colleague send you this to upload? Amazing work!
Thank you. Yes, I was here personally and shot everything.
❤😊
Good job man, good job
@5:00 can't tell if the car is in the road or in a driveway
Lake Erie ❤
Looks great. Wish the uk would get significant snow…. But why dig out cars when you can’t drive anywhere…🇬🇧👍
Looks like you need a lot more people at the stadium, jeesh.
Mother nature is the Boss, NOT us
Wow
They clean the Stadium while the people get stuck in her front yard....
What a waste.
Just another WNY winter.
Detroit had Just a dusting and a little ice. (We don't really get lake effect snow)
¡fuerza!😊
Wow!! I DO NOT miss this!! I am watching this from Arizona. Been here for over 8 years now. Originally from Long Island, NY.
Should have built a domed new stadium. Dummies 😂😂😂😂😂
There are probably more people and machines clearing that stadium than grocery stores and hospitals!
ICE C❄LD KLLR 🥶🤳
LINDO DEMAIS ❤
Salut je t'ma lov❤❤❤
Just a cool summer day in Canada! 🤣
You would think they wouls cancel the silly game, and utilize that snow removal equipment to clean lots at Hospitals, Dollar Generals, etc.
Cancel the game????? Hush!! 😄
Love the snow, glad i’m not driving in it!
And it’s only early December.
It's been a lot of snow
The Native Americans are still laughing at us for taking Buffalo from them. LOL LOL LOL
so cold
Except buffalo is mostly dry as a bone Orchard Park ain't Buffalo
stadium is better cleaned then the roads.....................dot should leave plows on sides of roads so we can plow......lol......
That isn't even that much snow for Buffalo
they know its going to snow why get out just to get stranded
Snow thunder is too cool
Ask Cantore that !
Time to play ball. This should be a cake walk for the Bills.

How is it that some parts of Buffalo are buried in a foot of snow and some parts have none at all?
How is it that you don't know the answer?
Lake effect snow is a skinny-ash band of snow. Go a few miles North or South, you be in dry land.
Crazy how it looks like this in Orchard Park and a half an hour down the 90 to Amherst, New York nothing but grass. This is why I could never live near the lake.
You people treat snow as if it's a natural disaster
Hi, is this live?
No, this is content shot today and yesterday.
Went for a drive here is Peoria/Surprise Arizona. I had to turn on my air conditioner because we had a high of 80 degrees...

Very similar. 2 years ago had a lot more lightning.
@WxChasing yeah now that you say something I remember
Shuffle off to Buffalo…but only in spring, summer n fall…NOT WINTER!!!!!!❄️ ❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️
Why did people build the city of Buffalo right where is so bad a winter lake effect? And on top of that the I-90 right there as well….
Don't forget to take traction control off if your stuck
Seems weird that people that live in these areas dont have snow throwers
estados unidos tormenta de nieve de omega cielo castigo cielo fenecido cielo santo san blas omega estrella eterno cielo
Don't understand why they bother with the stadium

Car tires use chains to make the car easy to move
I so love this 72 degrees here in Hollywood, CA.
Time to get a heated driveway.
AS IF THIS IS NEW

God is shaking this world. Worldwide weather craziness but most people do not see nor realize that. I myself went through 2 hurricanes in 2 weeks.
Not more global warming.😂
Oh dang! Look at that global warming. 😂
