I'm planning a video on this too but I'll tell you now, be sure you're feeding your scoby hotel regularly. I remove half the liquid then add back the same amount as fresh sweetened tea. If you let the hotel go too long then feed it, starve it, feed it the yeast can die. When you try to use the scoby/starter tea it can cause mold

Wow it's been a whiiiiiile lol. I miss you!!! You're still my go to gal. So I have a new question or maybe an old one I can't remember the answer. So I have 2 questions. The first is can I mix the scoby's in my hotel. Black tea, hibiscus, etc. I'm guessing no. 2nd Say I need to replace my hibiscus scoby but only have green tea or black, can I use it or do I buy a new fresh one? Some exciting news for me there is a kombucha business in my future a well. I'm going to be opening a coffee/art gallery/sound healing + reiki space. Which will also include an open mic poetry night as well as acoustic music. I'm so excited!!! Thank you for your help as always. I hope you are doing well and having a blast doing it 😊☀🌈🌼❤
Just started doing the bucha thing (though I've consumed for years). After I've watched a bunch of your vids (your easy on the eyes!) I came across this one. Happy you found something you like and I expect a number of youtube channel folks get to this point. looking for more info..skobys .. money and than selling the product..i am ready but get over whelmed and simply do nothing but fill my fridge...with booch...labels ? bottles? tea? channel? looking forward to some advise about how to proceed..... Curious how do you make your labels or do you have a place that does it?
I buy the labels from onlinelabels.com. They have an online label designer I use to make my labels. I have pictures on my ig account.
