As a Corporate Lawyer based in Lagos, Nigeria I can completely agree with this. The Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020 has strict guide lines for insolvency and I have been honored to monitor how corporates navigate the insolvency process. Sound advise Vusi. Weldone.

you are not alone brother.... the community is here with you.
I was here last year, and my deadline for pulling a rabbit out of my hut was 11th December. On 8th December, the business came out of the ICU. We are still recovering but getting better, so I'll tell you. Hang in there!!! indeed, let other competent people come through to help you navigate the stressful winds. I just wanted to say hang in there.

Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Instead of trying to predict and prognosticate the stability of the market and precisely when the change is going to happen, a better strategy is simply having a portfolio that’s well prepared for any eventually, that’s how some folks' been averaging 150K every 7week these past 4months according to Bloomberg.

very true, I started investing before the pandemic and that same year I pulled a profit of about $600k with no prior investing experience, basically all I was doing was seeking guidance to make a from a financial-advisorr, you can be passively involved with the aid of a professional.

Same here, 75% of my portfolio is in the red and I really don’t know how long I can stomach the losses. I’m beginning to reach a breaking point.

The adviser I'm in touch with is *Jude Ryan Mcdonough* He works with Merrill, Pierce, Smith incorporated and interviewed on CNBC Television. You can use something else, for me his strategy works hence my result. He provides entry and exit point for the securities I focus on.

As a legal practitioner those two steps are sooooo important. Fiduciary duties are so important and so is the exercise of separating yourself from the business. It might seems abstract but you don't want that corporate veil to be pierced . Trust me when I say...Vusi has given business owners game!!!!!!!!

Evidence in the UK is based on HMRC data there should be a book to avoid failing as the reasons for failure are not that many in number
and although they are common sense seems like the companies even with experienced directors and teams fail.

This is true, is like talking to a professional with an MBA not knowing the first baby steps on how to make money, yet promises you that he/ she will double your turnover. Economics 101 is the start, and this is no child's play especially to most tenderprenuers who are far from becoming entrepreneurs.

To obtain financial freedom, one must either be a business owner, an investor or both, generating passive income, particularly on a weekly and monthly basis. That's the key to living a financially stable life. This trick has never failed. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life and put this basis to work and practice.
