We eat it raw in a corn salad with cilantro, lime juice a little olive oil S & P. Or we cook it for 3 min. It’s amazing. Thanks for the sharing. My channel needs updating lol

Sweet corn kernels, creamy sweet corn, melted butter, two eggs beaten, one container sour cream and mix. Add jiffy corn mix. Bake on dish greased with bakng spray. Bake at 350 degrees for forty minutes, then add sharp cheddar cheese. You can also add some chilly flakes and scallions.
This is a very similar recipe to the one I use, except I brown some panko in a pan with a little bit of butter, add it to the top with a slight dusting of brown sugar around 15 minutes before baking is complete. It is delicious!
