A few things that have helped to control my hairfall include: (1) I discontinued wearing ponytails because it leds to tension damage. (2) I started massaging my hair and scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while bending over & holding my head upside down to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Protecting my head while moving out to protect my hair from dust and pollution. (4) Using soft shampoo again from liittleextra only to wash my hair.
Your tip no 1 is the best tip ever. Majority of guys (including me) just never realize their goal since the barber just always cuts off way too much getting you nowhere in your hair growth journey......so thanks!
Great. I've been growing my hair out after battling cancer bout 2yrs ago and next it'll be 3yrs of my remission also,I've been growing it out for a 1.5yrs and my goal is to be waist length and i used the hair ties that doesn't involve the metal clip and i used the 3 in 1 body wash, shampoo and conditioner. How long should I let my hair be at the waist length?
Hey Max, thanks for sharing your story, I hope you are doing well. It depends on how long it is now but waist length is around 26". Hair should grow at about 0.5" per month! I hope this helps 🔥

I’m just tryna get to maybe your length for now and may e in the future I’ll grow it down to my chest or something who knows. Thanks for the tips🔥

I’m 8 months in and all of a sudden I’m so close to tying it and can basically do a half bun / half pony tail, don’t give up it will be quicker than you think
That's a bit long for it to be awkward I'd probably go to some good hairdressers once and get your hairstyled rather than cut to what you'd feel good in, they probably might have recommendations
I think it's because of the fact that I see my hair every single day that I never actually appreciate how much it's grown (2 and a half years since I had my last haircut)
Routine trims just cutting off dead ends helps it grow faster. dead ends keep splitting down the shaft which effectively nullifies the length at which its growing.
I have grown my hair long 4-5 times now, 6-7 months and highest being 10 months. Just watching this video out of curiosity and realizing that I did all these things exactly while growing my hair.
Nice hair. I am just nearing 6 months. I hadn't had it cut in so long, I thought I may as well try growing it long. It's getting pretty awkward and I must admit, I have questioned the decision. There are good days though. Thanks for sharing.
Don't shamooo everyday. Yes that true😊👍 my hair getting a long time for growing When I shampoo everyday. But when i'm stop shampoo for everyday "it's grow too fast" 😅

A little over a year into growing it. It looks good but it’s also a mess, haven’t had a trim at all. It’s a pain to take care of but worth it. Gonna get my first trim soon from my best mate… hopefully it goes well lmao
I didn't know that you should not put your hair in a bun while it's not long enough. I've recently started testing how much I can put in a bun and for the front I use a hair band. I'm getting there. I am not wearing a hair bun yet but sometimes I go check how much I can do the hair bun each month.
There's nothing wrong with checking every now and then to see if you can do a bun -- its super exciting to test! As long as you don't rip your hair back 24/7 you'll be completely fine! :)

Here’s a tip, if it doesn’t look good after the awkward phase, cut it, my hair was really bad, and like two years of my life was wasted bc I kept the horrible hair. Most people aren’t like that though, but my hair genetics are so bad that my mom has a forever bob and my dad has kept the same short hairstyle forever.
I have disturbingly wavy hair, especially from the back.. Since I was young, my parents used to force me to shave.. and now I am trying to make it longer. What do you advise me to do so that I can bear it for the coming period?
Even if my hair is long on one side and short on the other???. Sometimes I think about cutting it to make it even, so what do you advise me to... keep it as it is and wait for it to get as long as my goal ....or cut it?
