About 12 months ago, i started to condition in the morning and the evening and only wash twice per week. Now my hair grows about 1/2 inch per month. Need to rinse conditioner out using wide tooth comb, never use a brush

actually turns out showering every single day is not good either, even washing your hand too often with soap can be bad cause it removes the natural whatever from the skin that is needed
A little over a year into growing it. It looks good but it’s also a mess, haven’t had a trim at all. It’s a pain to take care of but worth it. Gonna get my first trim soon from my best mate… hopefully it goes well lmao

I didn't know that you should not put your hair in a bun while it's not long enough. I've recently started testing how much I can put in a bun and for the front I use a hair band. I'm getting there. I am not wearing a hair bun yet but sometimes I go check how much I can do the hair bun each month.
There's nothing wrong with checking every now and then to see if you can do a bun -- its super exciting to test! As long as you don't rip your hair back 24/7 you'll be completely fine! :)

So just use Conditioner instead of Shampoo and Conditioner at the same time when you shower? And then shampoo and condition it like 4-7 times a week?
I shampoo & condition about 4 times a week then only condition the other 3 days basically. Everyone's hairs different but I hope that helps!
