First of all I have to say that I´m gay and proud of that and depending on the overal look and appearance of the guy I love long hair on men. I am also growing out my hair since january this year and it has reached the awkward stage now. I am now 47 years old and I never had long hair before so I just decided to try it and see how it will look at me and so far I´m rocking it every day. It gives a lot of confidence and yes, washing it already takes more time. But also the hair routine I´m using (washing, conditioning, drying and applying hair oil) feels relaxing as you take time to care for something intimate. That´s just my opinion. Thus said, keep going with your channel Alexander :) I like your content. I would date you ;)
I like to have my hair poofy because I think it makes my eyes look bigger. Meaning it looks fluffy and smooth to brush your fingers through it. Like a helmet. It also gives me a boyish look in my early 20s. However, once it reaches the ears, it can become a hassle. I get trimmed every two months. I don’t think I’ll let my hair grow below my ears. Props to other guys who could do it but I can’t.
Fits you of corse. Gorgeous. I have nix long healthy hair too. Took 2 yrs to have full man bun. Never again to cut it. Maybe trim once in awhile the ends only. Cheers 😎👍😜❤️
I have a long I used to have long wavy even hair just like yours I'm sorry I have to cut it it's just a way in life you know I didn't cut it too short I saved about like 7 inches and 7 in longer in the back in the front mine was 22 in longer
I don't necessarily care about any of these things my hair is part of my personality I like me with long hair and it's so easy to style for me I just thrpw it in a bun and I got a style I do middle part then it styled I don't care about anyones opinion
Hey, cool video! Like you, I also wear a manbun. What I wonder about baby hairs is why so many women don't have them on their temples. For many people it looks as if they are normal hair that doesn't curl. Is there an explanation for this or is it just for men?
its not weird. you will just be asked every 5 minutes "when are you getting a haircut" i started when i was like 13 now im 18. just go for it. if you dont like it you can always go back to having shorter hair
Dude never listen to negative people around , i know you are 15 and during teens we are very self conscious of what people will think of you but being yourself will made you realise life and you will always be ahead of them , be the ruler of your life don't let others dictate it .
@@fearless608 just go for it. for the first year or even two it will be at an awkward length. So if you can wear hats or beanies.. whatever while it grows, because yes while it’s growing it will look bad. or instead get trims every few months. i prefer to go all natural. Just stop caring what other people think, you’re growing your hair nothing wrong with that. And well, if you don’t like it by the time it’s long? Cut it off.
How long did it take you to growth to this length in this video??? I’ve been growing mine for 13 months and it’s not even like half the length of yours
Excuse me, I want to ask you a question ; I'm also growing my hair out, and it has been 6 months since last time I cut my hair. I started wondering what happens if I don't trim my hair monthly? Does it negatively affect my hair?
I would not get it cut every month. From what I have heard you want to go between 3 to 4 months for hair cuts. You can still go longer than that. I haven’t had a hair cut in 14 months; yes I do trim my sideburns and and the back of my neck at home, lol. Good luck on your journey.
just got a negative comment of my daughter against me growing out my hair. She is worried how I will look on her graduation photography. How should I (54) react as I am growing out my hair right now the first time (or honestly: the second time as the first time so called society won and made me cutting it off)?
Seriously? A guy in his mid 50s is asking around strangers on what to do since his daughter is concerned about his style? The answer is simple: It depends on how you look with longer hair. If you look bad with it (and it doesn't matter if you like it) you should get a trim or style in properly for a graduation photo. And stop blaming society for your own problems, it is not our job to look after you or deciding what you do or what you won't do. Grow it, cut it - your call. Be a man and make the decision that is the best for the graduation photo of your daughter. And don't be so selfish. I am in my mid 20s and have no kids but if I had a daughter and she would point out that she is worried I would take it seriously and see what I could do with my hair. I might even ask her what she would suggest.
I know I'm late, but you are 54 and we're worried what your daughter might say? You should have told her that you are a 54 year old man and will do whatever you want. She is your daughter. You brought her into this world. She can't say anything about your hair.
I can relate....i get hair in my toothbrush lol. How it gets there is beyond me but anyway. I go for a maintenance trim every 6 months and plan to maintain a length at around mid chest length. As for women .....who cares .
for the girls part i disagree. in my experience, girls like long hair. my hair is curly and long. it all depends on how well you take care of it and what girls you surround yourself with. why be with women where they will judge you for having long hair.
Your hair in your pfp looks really well defined; got any links to help with volume? Because when I grow my curly hair out, the hair on the top start falling limp and flat and it doesn't look poofy anymore like an afro, so I have to keep it a bit shorter than I want to.
@@thatoneuser8600 thx my hair is longer now. its not short as it was in my profile picture. i would suggest using light weight products. there are alot of videos on how to achieve volume for curls.
yeah, got annoyed with mine when it got long since I always had horrible bed hair and had to take care of it 24/7. One morning after waking up and seeing the mess I got enough and shaved my head. Very practical and it kinda looks good
I wouldn't call your hair long, it's short but that's because I have LONG hair 😂😂😂😂 But I would say it takes dedication. You have to love hair and the way you feel with long hair. I love my long hair. If I ever cut it short like yours it would be easier for real, but it would be short. 2023, life is changing and we need to celebrate long hair on men.
The thing is I start liking shorter hair but it's cleaner it's easier to manage but my man has long but he just got hit in the head and his head was cracked open by apparently his ex he thinks he claims he saw her boyfriend standing over him so now he's in jail for violating the restraining order of it she had against him which makes no sense cuz he also don't get me wrong he went towards her a few couple times to try and talk things out because things were bothering me you know other than that she follows him around I guess I just don't know I it could have been someone else because yesterday I texted his old phone and some chick answered and said I'll meet you at Denny's he got hit near Denny's so I'm just wondering if he knows what the hell he's talking about anyway

@@alexdmrgs I'm not balding or something like that, my hair is growing, but sometimes it falls out a lot, mostly when I wash it and every morning when I comb her, but I only wash it twice a week I'll try not to worry so much.
@@Leviathan671 Could be based on washing cycle. For me personally I condition everyday and shampoo every other. I tend to notice more hair loss if I skip a couple days of washing and then wash it. Could just be trial and error, but most people lose 100+ hair strands a day, and I notice that my hair is more tangled when I wash it less - which then causes some of the dead hairs to stay trapped in the tangle until you wash again - making it look like a lot more. If it is not physically noticeable any time other than when it comes out, then it is most likely perfectly normal :)
I wash ed my hair once in a month i'm a woman i've got very thick abnormale full hair I fed up with it I Let it cut I feel free now I was thired allready I wanted to begin allover with my health very thired mentaly that's why I have short now it grew about 4 cm after a week 😎
Ever since birth the closest thing I have had to a hair cut was a small trim, my hair goes down the my butt. I don’t know if this is how it is with shorter hair (down to your shoulders) , but don’t shower right before taking a shower. The wet hair makes your hair feel delicate and it pulls on hair a lot. Hey, cool video! Like you, I also wear a manbun. What I wonder about baby hairs is why so many women don't have them on their temples. For many people it looks as if they are normal hair that doesn't curl. Is there an explanation for this or is it just for men?
Hey, I’m 15 yo and want to grow my hair long but idk other people would think m weird. Any advice?
You deserve to become the person you want to be. Your happiness is paramount. Go for it 👑
Thank you😃
its not weird. you will just be asked every 5 minutes "when are you getting a haircut" i started when i was like 13 now im 18. just go for it. if you dont like it you can always go back to having shorter hair
Excuse me, I want to ask you a question ;
I'm also growing my hair out, and it has been 6 months since last time I cut my hair. I started wondering what happens if I don't trim my hair monthly? Does it negatively affect my hair?
Your hair will just get longer and you might develop split ends but it depends on your hair!
I would not get it cut every month. From what I have heard you want to go between 3 to 4 months for hair cuts. You can still go longer than that. I haven’t had a hair cut in 14 months; yes I do trim my sideburns and and the back of my neck at home, lol. Good luck on your journey.
PLEASE DONT CUT YOUR HAIR YOU LOOK MORE HANDSOME WITH LONG HAIR🙏🏻
so whats in store for 2024 are you going for the long hair or shoulder length? how bout posting an update
just got a negative comment of my daughter against me growing out my hair.
Girls definitely like long hair depends on how you style it and how you dress with long just
I can relate....i get hair in my toothbrush lol.
@@fearless608 do it
Yep, im about to cut mine. Just not practical as a man. Gets in your face, gets greasy, doesnt look that great half the time
yeah, got annoyed with mine when it got long since I always had horrible bed hair and had to take care of it 24/7.
I wanna look like guys with long hair.
I‘m a girl, I have really long hair and I wanna cut it
Im straight but i like it bcoz men love my hair lmao , sus af .
Sussy 😳
Do you just straight out grow it out without any hair cuts or do you get hair cuts to shape it a certain way?
2 haircuts max, just to shape it
You look Fabulous
Thank you my friend :)
Keep it don't listen to the demons
How many months is your hair in this video
Why would you have to watch this video before your hair grows out it's not like your hair grows out at one night you wouldn't have to watch this video for a year and it wouldn't make much difference
Alot of people find value from my videos :)
**WARNING** DO NOT DRY YOUR HAIR LIKE HE DOES. You will really fuck your hair up
Whadya mean !? Towel drying?
Hair is sensitive. Don’t dry your hair the way you did with the towel.
Lol my hair was easy at that length. Try growing it out for another two years.
I dgaf about no girls. I just like Long haircut .👌🤝
Chad
Hi Demergis, Big fan from India, and i just hav one question. Hav you straightened your hair ? Bcoz i like to grow long hair and nature of my hair is slight curls. Any suggestions 😁
Keep Rocking 💯💥
My hair is naturally straight but I think curls are cool. Good luck, Siva!
So do I, I found out my hair on the pillow after long sleep
Oh crap, you’re gorgeous.
2:18 I like long hair.. hint hint 🙋♀️😂
@@fearless608 go for it! Wishing you luck on your hair journey!👍
Bro i have to ask you something, I've been letting my hair grow for two years now, but why is my hair falling out a lot in the last 5 months it's still growing and I'm seeing these new hairs because I can't tie them back can you tell me how to stop it?
All hairs are fragile, go through a life cycle, get weakened, and fall out. Unless you're balding or receding, I wouldn't worry about it!
@@alexdmrgs I'm not balding or something like that, my hair is growing, but sometimes it falls out a lot, mostly when I wash it and every morning when I comb her, but I only wash it twice a week I'll try not to worry so much.
@@Leviathan671 From personal experience, the longer I don't shampoo my hair, the more hair falls out when I wash it. Hope that helps!
@@alexdmrgs Thanks man
@@Leviathan671 Could be based on washing cycle.
I am a boy btw
john wick face shape you had
No
I had a small girl come up to me and actually touch my hair and say wow I didnt know that boys can have such long hair 😂
The castagnas on that kid
People say i look like jesus christ
Which i know its not the case because he was black
You hair is lovely nice length
After 2 years of having long hair, im tired of it
His hair isn't really that long... medium maybe. To me long is when it's over your shoulders and in your armpits. Its all subjective.
Long hair has its pros and cons, but from a self defense perspective it’s a pretty big vulnerability.
Naaaah bro, my Eren Yeager arc must continue!
TATAKAE
Nice
The rule for growing your hair is don't cut your hair even one inch.
Guys with long hair are suuuper attractive, curly , wavy, and hair with alot of volume is so hot 🥵🥵🥵 😍😍😍🔥🔥🔥
You've got cute hair
Blonde or brunette
Brunette
I agree to this hahahaha
Millions of videos are published on TH-cam every day following this pattern. "I bought a dream car and I hate it," "I grew my hair out and here's 10 things I hate about it," "I got my dream job and here's what I hate about it." There's hardly any videos being made about what people like about their dream cars, their long hair, or their dream careers. Did TH-cam send out an email saying the algorithm would only favor such titles? Fucking relentless.
These are called browsing based titles, meant to grab your attention. I have other videos that are search based titles, which are meant to answer your specific questions. Hope that helps!
Ok mrs alexandra
