I want to restore my hair as i have done before with minoxidil+finasteride plus microneedling. But meanwhile i want to use a toupee. My only hesitation is that it can ruin my own hair. What do you think?
This is my personal opinion. I would rather rock my balding hair than wear a toupee. My reasoning for that is that even if you look good in it, you will know that you're still bald underneath the toupee. Second, they are very expensive. And last, you need to give your hair some space to breathe. If you microneedle and use minoxidil, it can even become dangerous because of a potential infection from the toupee. So that's my opinion; you're better off without one.
@@algarrido also the glue that holds it on the scalp can be bad for follicles I suspect. The downside is if I can't regrow hair on temples, and it's been almost 6 years now, I will just waste time achieving only thicker hair on top. And what about infection, for how long can the scalp get infected, considering it's done only once a week?

I agree. I've been watching HairCafe, and it's very informative. I've been using dutasteride for a month, and the progress I've made is much better compared to just using finasteride and minoxidil. DHT is the cause of androgenetic alopecia.
It's cheap. I recommend buying it at a drugstore. Dutasteride 0.5, brand name Avodart, is recommended to be taken three times a week, but I only take it once a week since I heard it has a half-life of two weeks. I take finasteride 1.25 daily to save more. The important thing about hair treatment is consistency. If you experience side effects from this medication, I suggest lowering the dose; once your body adapts, the side effects will eventually disappear. I'm one of the people who experienced side effects from finasteride, specifically low libido, but after being consistent with the medication for three months, it disappeared. I'm much happier than ever. I'm currently 24 years old and regained my hair back like when I was 18 years old.stop believing those online oil salesman, they’re just after your money. DHT is the cause of hair loss, and it’s a trash hormone.
I started finestride 6 months ago and still notice hair falling out, i want to ask you if the wedding phase differs for different people or not, I’ve seen people say that it could take up to 10 months to start seeing results with it, I wanna know what your thoughts about it?

You can stop for even a month or so but yeah if you wanna keep the beneficts you shouldn't stop for like 6 months or a year or you'll regress to your previous stage. Still almost everyone has no sides with the drug and you can just live your life with your hair without bothering anymore

Apakah finas diminum terus sampai sekarang?
You look really handsome
How can we use minoxidil till our life death and it will grow our hair?
Or I have to invest really heavily and take off the toupee every evening, clean the glue residue, wash and dry. Only then I can apply minoxidil or bioserum. And what about infection, for how long can the scalp get infected, considering it's done only once a week?
Or We can use topical finasteride and minoxidil instead of taking finasteride medicine
If there is no difference between 0.5 mg and 1 mg finasteride then why don't you take 0.5 mg microdose which is even better? Also less effect to body
Good point. As I mentioned in the video, my hair loss is very aggressive. I have to try to keep it in place. So for me, 1 mg finasteride is okay. For someone with less aggressive hair loss, 0.5 mg, as you mentioned, could also work.
tried every dose of finasteride. 1mg oral, 0.25mg oral EOD. topical version from low to high. always sides such as ED. time on time again. so yea.. unfortunately its not an option
Has it returned now that you quit?
I'm 20 years old , and I a lossing around 100 hairs if i do shampoo and 25-30 when combing my hairs .. i start Taking fenistride 1mg 3 days a week , According to you My hairs Will start going back after 4-5 years even i take fenistride? 💔
Not really. In my case it did, because my hair loss is VERY agressive. It doesn't mean that taking finasteride will not work for you many more years.
@@algarrido ok thanks ❤️. If it will not ,I will use Dutastride and oral minoxidil
Then start dut
@@beast.motivation776 bro I take fin from last 2 week's and I have low sperm count, less thicker sperm 😭, what should I do ,I also don't want to loose my hairs , is there any chances that these side effects will gone After few Weeks or a month 🙂🫡💔
Which finasteride you use i mean brand
It's a generic brand. If you purchase it at a pharmacy, it won't matter which brand you choose; they will probably all be the same.
Bro how much times in a week u take dusraside
So we cant fix it without drugs?
I started using dutasteride 0.5mg last month and thousands of hair are regrowing, finasteride with minoxidil is less effective
how much does it cost in India? how frequently do you apply? and are there any side effects like any reproductive health hazards?

I believe the first shedding phase is normally after the first month. Then, the second or third shedding phase varies from person to person. Have you not noticed any results yet?
@@algarrido hair growth I haven’t really noticed but hair loss is getting slower by time, so if I start taking minoxidil and derma roll, how long is it gonna take for me to see results with them?
It takes the same time as with Finasteride. You will go through a shedding phase on month 1, and see the first results after 2 or 3 months.
@@algarrido okay thanks, could you please make a video on how to apply minoxidil and micro needling using derma roller and pen, could you talk more about your daily routine, what time of the day you apply them and take finestride, and talk about your diet aswell, thank you

So basically you take fin, and don't worry about your hair.
Do still use those all medicines
Bro How to Buy Drema Roller in india Please help
I've seen it sold on Amazon India, try there.
What was your finasteride dosage and how often were you taking it?
It's 1mg, and I take it once a day.
Similar minoxidil journey vedio
What if I don’t want to take finasteride. I’m 20 yrs old
well bud its really not a big deal to take, its the most reasearched drug on the market after minoxidil with very slim chances of side effects where the plasebo group had more side effects than the people who took the drug. If hair is important to you i would recommend to take it if not dont take it, i personally think its a great drug which helps alot with confidence, losing your hair at 20 isnt fun and id reccomend strongly to get on dht blocking drugs.
Then good luck to you lol
is that oky fin on 19 years old..
I would recommend waiting another year or better yet, two years, and using minoxidil for now
Bro, I am on fin from 2 years now, first 2 years were great now i have started see thining in my hair, should i go for dutestride?
Is you eat finistred everyday?
but don't these solutions have to be taken for lifetime and once you stop they aggressively start hairfall? also there are reproductive health hazards?
You can stop for even a month or so but yeah if you wanna keep the beneficts you shouldn't stop for like 6 months or a year or you'll regress to your previous stage. Still almost everyone has no sides with the drug and you can just live your life with your hair without bothering anymore
@@sirsiver So which is better fin + minox or duter?
@@ximin_sleepy dutasteride is better since it inibit more DHT then finasteride, but usually finasteride is enough to stop hair loss so talk to a doctor and he'll most likely prescribe you finasteride if you suffer from MPB (in some countries like mine dutasteride cannot even be prescribed since it's not approved to fight hair loss).
Minox is a +, for now i started with only finasteride, i see how i respond to the drug and in 5/6 months i will go to the doctor and discuss if i should add minoxidil
@@ximin_sleepy fina and minox is the gold standard for MPB and has numerous studies backing off their safety and efficacy, so i would say go for them. Dutasteride is more potent then Finasteride but usually Fina is more then enough for stop hair loss
Where do you buy minoxidil? Because there are a lot of fake ones now.
I always reccomend getting it from Amazon, it's a little safer.
Could you please share your dose
I take 1mg of finasteride once a day.
“The secret is that I was on finasteride.”
Uh.. yeah. No duh, dude.
you still on fenestride??
Yes, I am
@@algarrido I have a question... How can we find out if our hair loss is due to DHT or nutritional deficiencies? Because blood tests usually show normal DHT levels. Also, can I start taking finasteride daily at 0.25 mg?
Most times, it will be genetic hair loss. Unless you are REALLY having a bad diet, it will probably be genetic. If you want to be sure, go talk to a dermatologist. He will tell you with certainty.
@@ITzSKP 95 percent of the time it is genetic hairloss.
