    kung sobra taas ng sugar mo at diabetes ka na
    WAG KA NA KUMAIN NG RICE, tapos mag tuturok ka ng insulin at meds? stucked ka jan forever sa diabetes cycle. puro mga doctor at pharma company lang pinagkakakitaan ang sakit mo. pero gumaling ka ba sa diabetes? hindi! hanggang masira organ mo kakainom ng sandamukal na gamit at dialysis stage ka
    mas mabuti kung mag low carb, high protein, moderate fats lifestyle ka na lang
    ang dami alternative sa rice jan pede cauliflower rice, cabbage rice, shirtaki rice, ipalit mo green leafy vegetables, imbes na rice.

    ang dami mga diabetics patients na gumaling, mga obese, overweight, na gumaling doing keto /low carb/ carinivore diet, from 6 XXXL to medium tshirt in few months

    Do your own research baho kumain ng kahit anong klaseng kanin. At I may add na wash the rice thoroughly para nabawasan ang glucose. Yong white wash water from rinsing. Some Asian resto wash rhe rice until the water is clear.

      Hindi po kanin ang binabawasan kung hindi ang calories. Minsan daming nagbabawas ng kanin pero binabawi naman sa iba tulad sa soft drinks o sa ulam. Mas mabuti alam mo calorie intake mo kumpara bawasan ang kanin.

      @@paolotungala9173 tama naman bawasan pero marami akong nakikita na sa iba naman bumabawi. Hindi na nga nag rice pero puro white bread at coke naman tinitira. Imbis magka deficit eh mas nag gain pa ng calories
