Oh my gosh I loved this vlog!!!!! These are the type of vlogs I love to watch! Being there with you but being educated about places! I was sharing with my son whose 27 that were not used to seeing building being from a time of the 1800’s!! We’re from Alaska and it’s such a young state there are no old building! And now being a transplant to TX there are older buildings but I haven’t come across old family business like Katz! Thank you thank thank you!!! This was so fun for me to watch! I’ve never been to New York and I had a great time with you😊
My husband and I have been to NYC a few times but didn’t explore that much. We said the next time we go we’d like to explore more neighborhoods. Thank you for doing this series!
I thoroughly enjoyed this video.. felt like I was exploring the streets of NYC w a friend.. great quality, not rushed and enjoyable to watch, great editing.. and you were def happy / comfortable w whoever you were with ♥️ great camera man!
A Pickler Bookstore?? WOW.. I'm definitely going to check this place out before this year is over. Pickles & Books, who you would have thought that, this combo fits so well? 👀😅
P.S. I just wanted to say that people who don't live there just think that NYC is dangerous, crowded, etc. Your vlogs show how amazing and fun NYC really is, we just didn't know, thank you.
That sandwich looked great! My husband loves anything pickled. He’d enjoy those pickle stores. I heard of the pickle book store on Brooke Miccio’s vlog. The cat cafe was so cute. ❤ Thanks for sharing NY-I’ve never been except to the airport! Fun day.
Lower East side is my favorite spot in NYC it feels so fun. My favorite spot is the Tenement Museum it is amazing, I done a tour every time I have gone to NYC 😂
@@alexiseldredgeIs it for more than one person though? A lot of delis near me sell these huge sandwiches that can feed 2 or 3 people depending on your appetite.
I’m from Arizona, and I’ve always wanted to visit and maybe live in NYC. I feel I’d be overwhelmed at first but I’d get used to all the people eventually haha
You shouldn't be allowed to say that you’re crossing Delancey Street without refering Crossing Delancy Street! I’m aging myself but that is a classic rom com from the 80’s. So good!!
I was at 79 Essex St. last week. Saw Essex market but hung out at Starbucks for the WiFi. Great neighborhood that I was seeing for the first time. Now I have a few more spots to visit next time.Thanks. Great video and sound.
I'm really curious about what there is to explore in Harlem! I feel like that's a bit off the beaten track and therefore very interesting to see what's happening there.
Is lower east side have good transport connectivity to the rest of the city. Thinking of staying here with family. (Inc children) for Christmas Prices not too bad
Great video just wondering if you can recommend any hotels around Times Square that caters for a group of 5 adults at a reasonable price thanks Looking to visit next October
Katz's alternative, which is a whole lot better, is Pastrami Queen on the UES. But if you have never had the Katz experience, then try it once. Also, you can't leave Katz if you are even a guest and don't eat.
Loved this video...as I live in the UK it was so interesting to see all the different places in the lower east side in New York ❤ who was behind the camera?? ☺️xx
ill add les has one of the dreamiest bookstores (if tiny), yu&me which is open super late (might be the latest in the city/any of the major US cities)!! also, can I ask where canal st coffee is? won't pop up on google maps for me!
Yeah, sandwich for $27 is is nuts. Yep that's why I don't go out anymore. I don't live in New York City. I live in in Chicago but yeah I don't. I try not to go off too much anymore like I used to. I eat it home still a lot cheaper
Did I hear Maggie? She is a goddess!! Love that girl, say no more. Oh my gosh, we need a Meow parlor, in CDA, Idaho. That was crazy!, they had your man!! go buy a lottery ticket, just do it, I have a feeling. You were really cute today, just sayin. Love this type vlog, great job!. Love your channel, have a fantastic tomorrow, see ya next time.
looked into both museums before and the new museum is currently closed for renovations and the tenement museum required a walking tour as well which i didn't have time for in the day filming wise. hope to go to all these places at some point!

Good on your for asking the sandwich artist how he’s doing AND tipping him ❤️
❤️
Yay, another exploring NYC video! I love these 😊
I really enjoyed this video. Just bring back memories of when I lived in NYC as a young adolescent and attended Edward Stitt Junior High in Manhattan.
That slice of pizza is huge!!!
Your new camera is amazing for this type of content. Awesome filming & editing 🔥🧡
LOVE these videos Alexis! Love seeing the hidden gems 💎 I’d love to see West Village/ Greenwich Village vid like this! 💛✨

I love this. I really like the cat cafe. Been to New York 3 times. I have to try the deli. Thank you. ❤

Definitely do some fall vlogs in NYC, excited to see the leaves change! 🍂🍁
$27 for a sandwich?! Wow 😳 but I am always impressed how you are able to just vlog und talk with the camera even in a crowded store 😊
it has taken years of practice hahah
Love this series!
Yes I love those vlogs Alexis love your commentary ❤❤
🤍
nyc Ive been obssessed with the city for a while now. Thank you for this video. Ill be in city in december
My brother lives in NYC on upper west side. I would love to live there, but just so expensive and I like to drive places, but maybe someday. :)
It's like the Sweet Pickle Bookstore was made especially for you!😄Great vlog!
it really is!!
Lower East side is my favorite spot in NYC it feels so fun. My favorite spot is the Tenement Museum it is amazing, I done a tour every time I have gone to NYC 😂
Also recommend the Tenement Museum.
My favorite time to go to places that are usually crowded is… when it’s raining! I first went to Katz in the rain 😊😊
oh that’s a good idea?
loved this video!!
Hahah you bought Tony’s Chocoloney - so nice seeing this in stores in the US
it was delicious!
Yess, Tony's is making us Dutchies proud
I love this series❤❤
thank you!
I've been watching you from the beginning and love your channel 💞
Love these walking tours.
thank you!
I live in Georgia❤❤Have no plans of ever going to New York. Your videos are phenomenal!!❤❤ Please keep up the awesome work!!❤❤
love your energy ❤❤❤❤
That sandwich from Katz was more like a sandwich for 2. It looked delish!
it is the perfect size for two people!
loving this series ❤
This makes me feel im in NY🥹
I know NYC is expensive - I've lived here for 20 years - but $27 for a sandwich is nuts 🤣
I totally agree!
Seriously such a scam for a sandwich… it’s a tourist trap. I’ve had Katz before and I wasn’t that impressed lol.
@@1231amandamarie Wow!
it is insane!

LOL i'm just learning about this movie and need to watch!
Love Crossing Delancey! I'm sure I've seen it 20 times. Cute rom com 😊

LES is great!
I love how pickle-orientated this was. I wish the title was "NYC & Pickles". Will you do a pickle comparison video?
Morning from Hawaii exploring nyc that was good tour
Cat Cafe?? Woah.. 1st time I heard about that.. at first one of the cats you were playing with looked like Bennett 😸
he did!!
Congrats on $67K subs!!! Great recommendations 😁. I have always wanted to go to Katz’s.

I want to go to Katz's for sure. Jim Gaffigan filmed in there, and also my Fave, Jerry Seinfeld!
definitely a must at least once!
"One sandwich is $27." (at Katz's Deli) Whoa!
An experience of a liftime!
I'm really curious about what there is to explore in Harlem! I feel like that's a bit off the beaten track and therefore very interesting to see what's happening there.
The PASTRAMI is the main attraction at Katz’s , not the Corned beef which is good in many other places.
omg a cat cafe I’m crying 😭
it was so CUTE
As a kid who remembers those long ass lines at the social building 😂😂😂
Is lower east side have good transport connectivity to the rest of the city. Thinking of staying here with family. (Inc children) for Christmas

$27 is insane :Ooooo
Damn Girl . . . .you are more beautiful than NYC ❤
Alexis, did you mean to say the name of one of my favorite movies, “Crossing Delancey” or was that an accident???
