Thanks. Interesting to watch and compare solutions of two different epochs. A bit too many parts to remove for an oil change and surprised with two drain plugs. But the ease of air filter replacement compensates this. I guess other filter manufacturers may put new o-rings for drain plugs with filter element, like in cartridge type filter sets for cars.
when will the adventure with the ktm 500 with all the camping stuff you bought..., I was expecting a sequel where you go far far away, but unfortunately it's not on the channel

I adjusted gear lever as too high for my dodgy ankle, it then slightly snagged the rubber tubing on the spring of side stand when down changing, sure it would have been fine, but ended up swapping out for one I picked up from Rottweiler, now much better
Great vid bro. just a note on the head shake issue, Ive had the 2017 adventure R and now the 2022 adventuer s, and they both have the same head shake issue. At speeds any where between 50 to 70km it kicks in, and can be quit scary if your riding one handed. Its worse with luggage on the back. The s is abit more twitchy, but it does have the new geometry and smaller front wheel. Its interesting that there doesnt seem to be much chat about this issue. In saying that its a great bike, and i just ride though it. Keep the great vids flowing.
The oil change seems a bit of a process but I can handle that as a trade off for the ease of the air filter change. My Multistrada and Africa Twin was a B#$%H to change the air filter. I'm actually looking forward to the ease of changing the air filter on the KTM.
Nope. Maybe you have an older model or and S but you have to take off the black side panels to get to the top bolts and you have to remove the crash bars to remove them. Also there’s 8 bolts holding this one on

Isn’t is supposed to be on the side stand to drain properly?
You only need to loosen the crash bars, then you remove the bash plate. I have the same bike and god you made that look hard 😂

I can tell why your front end shaking. You need to tighten the s*** out of the steering Stem Bolt the triple clamp bolts?
Air filter change is so much easier than the 1290 sa 2016.

You do not have to remove crash bars to change oil. Also check your coolant level...
Coolant level is fine. It’s hard to see. So how to you get the skid plate off without removing the bars
