I LOVE that you said sex is a skill, because I've always believed that. It's wild to me how so many people dismiss others if they are "bad at sex" - girl, like if you care for the person, TEACH THEM. Communicate. How can we expect everyone to just be perfect at any skill without practice?? If you're also not super comfortable in the bedroom, it's a skill you LEARN. It's not innate as most people believe. We should all be able to learn without shame or guilt "of being bad", just like any other skill!!
Also baffles me how people would rather have someone who is good at sex and has had lots of partners rather than someone who is a virgin or has had only a couple partners and needs more experience. The way two people can become more experienced together with each other is a beautiful thing
yeah and i also feel like it’s so easy to pick up on sex skills, like if i show you a video of something and say i want you to try that on me it’s not hard to emulate it’s pretty easy so i would never give up on someone just because they weren’t good at sex i would teach them and allow them to teach me things too. Sex is an acquired skill it isn’t a given.
No matter how "skilled" one may be; if love, mutual respect, and trust are not present; and/or the energy of one's self or partner is low vibrational, despite all that "so-called" skill, 🥱 I'll pass... and channel that energy into something creative/productive!😉 On the flip side, if skills set could use improvement, then communication is IMPERATIVE, bc for some, physical intimacy is actually a "language" one must learn in order to become "fluent", and effectively express/please one's self AND partner.
Sometimes it’s deeper than that. Some people are harder to teach because they are not comfortable with their body or just certain insecurities or life experiences that has shaped them. I do believe in communicating before entering into sexual experiences. Also, sex with someone you’re attracted to and there’s natural energy between you, you don’t have to teach. It’s like a dance without a routine. They just know.
Hitomi, this was all such good ACTIONABLE advice. I love that you don't skirt around things, you say them as they are, clearly from an intentional and practiced place. It's hard to find sex advice that doesn't revolve around hierarchical, gendered pleasure & you provide such an inclusive and safe space. Thank you thank you thank you

I was a sexual health counselor in college and I loved how fun it was to create workshops and have open conversations about intimacy, pleasure, and just all-around safe consensual *mind-blowing* sex. In my Nigerian culture it's still seen as taboo to enjoy sex outside of a marital context and so I just want to thank you for this video- it reminds me of those open convos I used to have with my friends back in college. Thank you so much for your openness and vulnerability with which you share. I want to explore my sexuality with others but I am so insecure about being a 26 yr old female who has never had penetrative sex. I know everyone has their own timeline but it’s easy to let society make you feel undesirable…I would love a video about how to be a beginner at sex and how to approach the process. Also, whether it is good to be open about one’s lack of experience or not.
So I felt similarly before I had sex for the first time at the age of 23, and the guy didn't believe me when I said I'd never done it before. Not before and not after. I was like LOL why would someone lie about that??? The point is, it doesn't have to be such a momentous thing. Take some pressure off of yourself, and the situation. Anyone who gets to see you naked and experience this side of you is lucky, go into it knowing such. I wish I had masturbated(ever) before I had sex, so definitely do that and get to know what you like so you can have a better time. I'd get a dildo. If you want to have it be less pressure and it wouldn't bother you, it could be with someone you don't know, and you don't have to tell them. That is your information and history and you don't owe it to them. You're an adult who can take care of yourself and if having to discuss that on a deep level with someone will hold you back from experiencing it, don't. Maybe just tell them you will need to take it slowly or start with a position that gives you some control with speed and depth. Say omg you're so big I can't take it that fast LOL. Or if you want it to be with someone you have feelings for and to be in a relationship with them, tell them as soon as you start moving beyond make outs. If they're also dating for a relationship I feel like it won't be a big issue for anyone who's not like a nymphomaniac, or an asshole. And if they're scared off by it, they're not the right person for you. Try not to freak out or be too in your head about it when you tell them. It's just a fact about you, and there could be any number of combinations of reasons why.
I’m 24 and never had sex, never something I was ready for or even wanted, never saw myself as a sexual person/woman but worries me because of how behind I am with this
You are perfectly fine. You should only do it when you feel ready and feel that it's with the right partner. It's also fine if you are uncomfortable being with a partner who is nothing like you (I know often times people are shamed for being "prude" if they have any standards such as wanting someone similarly inexperienced as themselves). There are people similar to you out there and you don't have to "catch up" to "fit in".
Hi Hitomi. Firstly thank you for always being so generous and thoughtful in the way you engage with sexuality and spirituality. I have learnt and continue to learn so much from you, and you make me feel empowered and safe. I’d love for your thoughts on being new to sex. I often feel intimidated by sex and intimacy because I haven’t had the “experience” a lot of people my age have, and I have always felt self conscious that I’m behind and weird. And so my shyness and insecurity is always present in intimidate interactions because I’m nervous of where they’ll lead and whether I’ll know what I’m doing. ❤
Wow- this video made me realized how much shame I still carry around sex/masturbation/orgasm. I thought I was really open minded, and I definitely am, I just have so much self judgement around sex. Thank you so much for this 🙏
These tips are absolutely great!! However, I wonder if this whole thing about sex being necessarily "sacred" can also hinder personal growth and integration for some people. The Shadow is also an important part of the Self, so while some people will need reassurance of "light" to get out of a place of shame that social moralism has coded into our brains, maybe for a lot of people sex can also be an opportunity to integrate light and shadow and overcome duality! Maybe some food for thought. Thank you for the amazing video! :)
I really appreciate that you're specific with your advice and recommendations! I feel like I can go into my next sexual encounter(s) with my partners with concrete things to try. Thank you!
I don't know how this video can have this many dislikes, there is a lot of amazing information here. Thanks for not shying away from this talking and being open and honest. Everyone should be this open about this topic as it's not something that should be shameful. Great video.
i dont think talking about sex is fine if the partner isnt ok with it, like i will certainly not want my partner to talk about how we were in bedroom infront of his friend or anyone in general, tho talking with each other is ok, or like anonymous stuff im big on privacy as i feel, im very particular about what i show to whom so this isnt from being traditional, its also, respecting someone's privacy and wholeness they choose to share with you
I should never watch your videos unless I'm planning to get some cause DAMN ! I love the way you express yourself and I've been turned on for the entirety of the video. Keep doing you, love.
Taking screenshots of your cute drawings and sending them to my lover with a dirty lil caption hehe. Can’t wait to put some of these tips to practice. Thank you Hitomi, love you so much!
Could you make a video about getting back your libido and recover your sexual energy? Your videos have been a big help, but a video about low libido and how to "fix" it would be great. Sending love
My favorite advice here was about the asking specific questions instead of “is this good”, omg? I can’t wait to share that with my partner. I am also so curious about trying some of those positions!
So curious about how you have self loving, high vibrational sex with yourself! There are a lot of people in the spiritual community who say that you shouldn't use a vibrator, lube, refraining from clitoral orgasms, etc (Kim Anami is a good example), so destigmitizing that info would be amazing! You have talked about setting the mood/ self talk/ reading smut in other videos, but I would be curious to know how you initiate it, warm your body up, build intense orgasms, forge a deeper relationship to yourself, what you think about but in a high vibrational sense (like sometimes fantasies can go to darker places) etc. Other topics: if you don't have a lot of time in the day but you're feeling spontaneous desire , different types of orgasms and if you utilize them for different scenarios, etc! Also building orgasms with partners would be a good one too. Thank you so much for your constant wisdom and bravery
I'm really curious about what to think about to build intensity as well because my fantasies can also go to dark places and this brings shame. I want to have a positive experience but also want to have the intensity. It's hard to get truly turned on without the darker aspects sometimes.
love your energy and you shared this in the best way. i love masturbating with crystals. you’re so beautiful and classy about sex, hearing you speak with the ease that you do helped me to realize limiting beliefs i was having about sex, thus attracting low vibrational sexual experiences. thank you for the inspiration 😍
This is such a healthy conversation and the reason why I love your channel so much. I always thought it was weird how little people talk about sex with the people they do it with
wow this is such a beautiful and important video! love love love the joy and comfort with how you express yourself about sexuality here, validating and empowering in human sexual expression. thank you!

Living for the 'big sister advise chat' vibes!
you've been a sister for like decade and I appreciate you so much
❤
Yes, we need this!!
Wow- this video made me realized how much shame I still carry around sex/masturbation/orgasm. I thought I was really open minded, and I definitely am, I just have so much self judgement around sex. Thank you so much for this 🙏
you are an absolute GODDESS for initiating these conversations and destigmatizing this beautiful act
thank god for your capacity to be vulnerable and seen so we may all commune on the interwebs and learn real, deep things
imagine the world if hitomi taught everyone's sex ed
I really appreciate that you're specific with your advice and recommendations! I feel like I can go into my next sexual encounter(s) with my partners with concrete things to try. Thank you!
I don't know how this video can have this many dislikes, there is a lot of amazing information here. Thanks for not shying away from this talking and being open and honest. Everyone should be this open about this topic as it's not something that should be shameful. Great video.
i dont think talking about sex is fine if the partner isnt ok with it, like i will certainly not want my partner to talk about how we were in bedroom infront of his friend or anyone in general, tho talking with each other is ok, or like anonymous stuff
im big on privacy as i feel, im very particular about what i show to whom
so this isnt from being traditional, its also, respecting someone's privacy and wholeness they choose to share with you
Everything you say in this video screams confidence... Any tips to someone that just started with sex and is not as confident?
Masturbate and talk to yourself while you do it. Read smut and visualize
Just keep doing it. Only way to gain confidence, especially if you do it with the same partner
I appreciate how open she talks about sex. Sex should not be a taboo subject but here in western society it is.
LOVEEE YOU omg literally radiating the divine feminine
I should never watch your videos unless I'm planning to get some cause DAMN ! I love the way you express yourself and I've been turned on for the entirety of the video. Keep doing you, love.
Taking screenshots of your cute drawings and sending them to my lover with a dirty lil caption hehe. Can’t wait to put some of these tips to practice. Thank you Hitomi, love you so much!
Could you make a video about getting back your libido and recover your sexual energy? Your videos have been a big help, but a video about low libido and how to "fix" it would be great. Sending love
this!!
My favorite advice here was about the asking specific questions instead of “is this good”, omg? I can’t wait to share that with my partner. I am also so curious about trying some of those positions!
thank you for being such a fun and relatable and honest resource for these types of conversations!! ❤
Thank you for being so open. I love how confident and comfortable you are in your own body!
Appreciate this content. I often have this urge to talk about sex. But people make it seem like i want them or something.
I love your hair! The curls frame your face so well!
What you mean by going to darker places? Just curious..
love your energy and you shared this in the best way. i love masturbating with crystals. you’re so beautiful and classy about sex, hearing you speak with the ease that you do helped me to realize limiting beliefs i was having about sex, thus attracting low vibrational sexual experiences. thank you for the inspiration 😍
This is such a healthy conversation and the reason why I love your channel so much. I always thought it was weird how little people talk about sex with the people they do it with
wow this is such a beautiful and important video! love love love the joy and comfort with how you express yourself about sexuality here, validating and empowering in human sexual expression. thank you!
thank you for talking about sex so naturally!!! that really helps me become more confident
Me watching this at 22 years old with zero experience because im so insecure and am afraid of what a man might think about my body 😢 i wish i had more confidence
Your generously sexual openness is a love language in itself that creates an atmosphere of connection, thanxu for the super natural electro magnetism rooted in love sexpressions 🌌
you’re like my older sister teaching me some stuffs I’m not the most comfortable with. thank you.
u ate this up ✨ thanks for sharing!
Can you make this a series? I want to know more tips to develop in this skill and in my relationship?
most honest & necessary to hear vid ✨️
with love from Kazakhstan! Hitomi, thank u so much for this video. This is soooooo interesting and comfortable
So real. Listened to this while sparking up and it felt like a self help podcast 🥰
The hair is giving all the volume!! 😍
i get it but... not loving the emphasis on looking good, looking snatched, looking cute. we're trying to get rid of that whole body monitoring thing. esp in intimate settings? idk
The reality is that we’re visual creatures. We’re attracted to certain things

Hitomi, sending you so much love. this is so so beautiful. thank you for sharing. I feel so seen as a queer, demisexual person.
great vid, thanks, i also love that, you are not like the people who promote sex toys out of the blue and talk about how amazing they are, but you actually talk about sex and everything around that
Please! It would help me a lot if you could make a video for sexual beginners, how to stop having fears…. And that kind of things, i would like to enjoy but I cant
Oh, yes, I'd like that as well!
Wow Hitomi, that was really awesome. Thank you!
love that you said penis owners instead of men or sth, my non binary ass definitely feels seen
Awesome, in-depth video, beautiful soul. ❤ Hard not to adore this woman. 😊
It's amazing that you have a group of girlfriends you can share your intimate secrets with. I want to strive to have that someday. Thank you for sharing.
how do you find male sexual partners who also practice sacred sexuality in modern dating?
Girls, there's so much more beneath the surface. Explore the book Women’s Magic Truths and discover what you’ve been missing. You’ll thank me for this one!

Asexual here! thanks for this video
when are you creating your new yoga channel??? i can't wait for it ❤❤❤
Very soon!
@@HitomiMochizuki222 I remember you saying that you dont want to share Yoga on here in order to respect the culture. I wonder what changed? I am exited for it but I was also deeply impressed by your mindset of keeping it to yourself.
I feel too powerful with this information
