I mean we all know how awesome Bradders sweeps and shreds are, but I'm always blown away seeing how you're getting better and better at the drums aswell... Damn great job, my man!
Pretty sure he didn't play all those 32th notes lmao. He probably programmed them and played along what he could. Either way he can play the grooves. Whether he can play well on an actual drum set with feel and dynamics is another question
@@BradleyHallGuitar I'd love to play the drums aswell, but I have neither space nor money for them; so until then I look like an orangutan having a stroke when I try to play lmaoo

Very cool experiment. With all due respect, makes me see why polyphia sounds so interesting in this current time for guitar driven music. It's the same song but all the polyphia nuances makes it way more fresh sounding
He seems to have been practicing. But what you hear has been quantized to a grid, not even the best death metal drummers can always pull off blastbeats and double bass thát cleanly. In short: the drums are still programmed and he most probably missed a lot of hits
I really hope Polyphia ends up seeing this. They love when folks do stuff like this with their music. Also awesome playing as always Mr Bradley :) Edit: Jesus Christ I never realized how many haters the group has til I skimmed these comments. Jealously is such an ugly personality trait to have. Y'all need to be more like Bradley :)
Well... thank god Polyphia are not metal 😂😂😂 Great job!! Love you as a content creator and you're obviously an incredible musician! But I am so happy that Polyphia moved on from the somewhat generic "prog" metal sound they sported in the beginning and moved on to find a unique voice around 2017
Being different doesn’t necessarily equal good. I prefer this 100 times more over the Polyphia stuff. Polyphia is BORING 🥱 Their music is something you’d hear playing in some elevator. This however… It would be such a masterpiece to open up a festival with. The moshing you’d witness when the blast beats hit.
It'd be badass if you did a collab with polyphia and had half metal/half math rock. I've always liked the play between going clean tone and distorted. It just makes everything 2x more epic.
the way you turned the bossa nova part into a breakdown was genius

Very Avenged Sevenfoldy! So awesome as always :)
I agree
Which is exactly what makes A7X so awesome
Someone should also make polyphia version of a7x too....
Thought the same
Literally sent to my drummer for the same reason
Yo this was such a fucking amazing solo. Killed it beanly....
The main reason why this track rocks is because Brad finally remembered to include a killer bass line, great job dude
This is what happens when he has time.
Should be titled, "If Playing God came out on the Resurrect EP". This was awesome Bradley.
You shoulda entered this into their fan covers competition. You woulda had a chance at winning yerself one of them there Grandpas guitars.

Sounds like something avenged sevenfold would write
I imagine both polyphia guitarrists watching this and Scott rocking to this while Tim says without even blinking "I'll allow this human to live"
Why, because you think Jim Henson is the best guitarist on the planet? Smfh
A grand production here Bradley. Very expressive take on this already amazing tune, especially making use of all the instruments. Cheers!
You are getting really good at the drums!
You sound kind of like Synyster Gates! SO badass
He loves Avenged Sevefold, thats why sounds similar

Polyphia actually can play like that. Check out their much older material when Tim Henson still looked like Tom Holland.
Who said they can't? They are fire!
nobody, absolutely nobody, said they can't.
