What is your favourite Elvis moment? 🐊
Man, I dont know whos idea it was to make this channel, but this is exactly what I needed rn.
I was hoping you would post this. It's my favorite Elvis moment...😂🐊🎶
68 comeback.special
Well, I know what my least favorite moment was...it was when Elvis ate my record collection...I was about to throw his favorite blanket in the ocean over that
Este es mi momento Elvis ,cuando llega tubbs y despierta a sonny y luego el cocodrilo lo asusta 😁
Don Johnson and Phillip Michael Thomas had great chemistry right from the beginning. They really made Crockett and Tubbs a marriage made in TV heaven
Starsky and Hutch of the 80s fact both directed some of vice's shows
Afuckinmen they did. Still are best friends to this day
Incendiary chemistry
@@parkjamesshaw3189 Они всегда были друзья и до этого сериала
Elvis was one of my dad's favorite things about Miami Vice. Gotta admit it was a nice touch to the show!
Yes gimmi that fish now .
I went to my sixth grade graduation dressed like Crockett.
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Cool as hell
To cool!!
I actually created a break dancing group called the captain breakers, we had uniforms too lol 😝 !!
Sixth graders have graduations?
Vice was fimed like a movie in it's debut. Careful attention to acting, script and photography. Unique American television. So much good stuff in this clip.
AND MUSIC!!!
Man, wasn't this one of the first shows that really pioneered the use of some, contemporary, driving music?
I think Justified REALLY exemplified that motif.
Masterpiece movie pilot ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I love that little smile Crockett does at 2:37. He knows how Tubbs is going to react in his introductions to Elvis...😁🐊😂
I laugh at Tubb’s reaction all the time and Crockett’s smile. Priceless.
@@aliblue3605 ~ 👍😄😁
That's the face that reads, "Boy, are you in for a surprise." LOL.
@@BarberShave19 ~ 😂😂😂 You know it...
I love how Crockett pets him and tries to calm him down.
It helps that the one Crockett petted looked and was stuffed.
Couldn't let you handle all that bad karma by yourself. Amazing line. and crocket's like Fair Point.
I think he maybe respected him a lil more after the return jab
@@jamfountain8702 Because of this channel recommendations I am reunited with this series. when I first saw this show was in 1991 and I was six. Barely understood what was goin on.
Elvis man, deserves so much more credit. Exteremly underrated. 😂😂😂
When Elvis took a bite out of that free safety from the University of Georgia...that was something else
You should of seen when he caught Chief Osceola's spear in his jaws
Go 🐊s
Nothing like the Vols feeding old Elvis oranges back in the day. That was before Spurrier. My have times changed. GO VOLS 🍊!
People who jokingly call other animals dogs would love this! Because Elvis was technically a guard dog for the boat 😂
Nice Alligator! Nice Alligator!
"He just wants to play, he wont bite you."
@@Gentleman...Driver He'll be a nice friendly gator . . . as long as you don't get to close to him. :-)
I swear, I can't unhear Lance Vance's voice within Tubbs and most likely so since I grew in that generation rather than 80's.
Having played Vice City and Vice City Stories a lot, I get that too
It seriously sounded like Tubbs said "Hey, Crackhead! It's a great day to be alive!"
Well according to their first encounter, he was from New Yaährk
tubb's "ayyyyyyyyyy!!" always gets me 🤣🤣🤣🤣
New Yorkers.....What else do you really need to say...!!!
😂🤣😂🤣😂
purleeeease - NY got roaches bigger than that crocodile!!
@@McD5791 🍷😆
now who could forget Elvis 🤣
Man alive, great series, great casting.
Denzel Washington was considered for the role of Tubbs. Sooo wished he would have got it. Phillip Thomas was a bit to dramatic for me. DON WAS MADE FOR THIS SHOW.
...great music.
@@averyj8924 The chemistry wouldn't have been there with Denzel like it is with Phlilip so the show wouldn't have lasted and second Denzel's career never would've been the same and that would be a travesty.
Denzel started out on tv. St Elsewhere. George Clooney on Er 🤔🤔🤔
@@kendallrivers1119 They had such chemistry in your eyes because you only know Philip Michael Thomas in that role.
The rest of your statement is just speculation.
I miss the 80s
This just makes me want to buy the DVDs. Thank you for this channel.
There are no DVDs left
@@danwatkins3044 ~ I'm sure people can find the DVD's somewhere on line...
@Jonas Jonaitis ~ My sister gets a catalog that sells DVD's of movies, television series', etc... I've seen the MV series for sale in it. But I've also seen it sold on line for Wal-Mart...
I’ve got the whole series.
I couldn’t stop laughing that was hilarious and just plain Beautiful.
That looked like a real Laugh from Tubbs When Don hit his head at 25 seconds
PMT always had the real laugh in the series
One of the greatest shows ever.
Crockett's a true Florida Man
Fun Fact:
My grandmother used to crochet gators for the college.. She sold them to the students.. I wonder how many people still have their gators..🤔
And as far as favorite Elvis moment.. This one right here.. Epic.. Just epic..🤣🤣
One of my favorite cop shows when I was a kid
Tubbs: "Have some coffee and donuts."
*Hands Crockett a bag which presumably contains both coffee and donuts.
Elvis and Castillo would proberbly have a massive glareing contest lol
Castillo would win.
@@ikecarr5989 Only guy Elvis would not mess with and I would be supriced that Elvis would like Castillo I mean he is cool as a cucumber lol
I love the UGA/FLA reference, if your from either state you got that😂🤣😂. But I believe it was UGA that was proven to Bite, just ask Auburn.
When this was filmed that incident where UGA lunged at an Auburn player hadn't happened yet, but I agree it's nice that they got the rivalries right for that little story.
Yeah I remember that 🤣😂🤣 and ROLL TIDE ROLL #18💪🏆🐘
This was my favorite Elvis moment.
The Crocodile Is Amazing🤣🤣🤣
Its NOT a croc..its an alligator.. BIG DIFFERENCE in their temperament. Crocks are REAL MEAN..ALWAYS
Also crocs have a pointer snout
This was an awesome show. If they ever brought it back, Don Johnson would have to be in it.
And Philip Michael Thomas. They are like peanut butter and jelly. Cant have one without the other 🔥. They were a match made in heaven. Don Johnson and PMT were born to play Crockett and Tubbs and together they made TV history
This right here is such a great elvis moment never gets old even after seeing this in the 80s as Ras Alghul says below these two had such great chemistry.
Always watched this show and loved it.
Chris-Craft wasn't too pleased with them calling the Stinger a Cigarette. They pulled the boat from the show and they switched to a Scarab. Miami Vice edition Scarabs go for pretty good money now depending on condition and power. Ironically, they never used an actual Cigarette on the show.
I was only 28 years old when the show débuted but was a huge car and boat guy and the cars and boats on the show were amazing. This show was so unique at the time and we all watched it religiously. Looking back on it now, it's a bit cheesy but man, did we eat it up at the time. It's the reason I have a 38' Cigarette Top Gun and have been running off shore performance boats for years although I'd love to have a MV Edition Scarab KV.
Check out the Miami vice boat on lake Erie there is videos of it on you tube just type it in Miami vice boat on lake Erie my friend has the first one you will see the plack that is on the boat
Miami Vice was always planned as a cop opera with best possible production value, targeted at women and men alike.
What they didn't expect was the reach in all ages.
R.I.P. Elvis
I just ordered the complete series on Amazon! Time to dust off the ol’ Blu-ray player.
No shit man .. Bon Apatite! 🍷
I did the same during Covid first round of lockdowns in 2020….barely made it through 5-6 episodes of season and never went back. Tough to watch it present times. You remember it being better than it actually was.
Got to agree. Watched a few reruns several years back. Just not the same.
@@SS-th9wz then why are you here?
@@kendallrivers1119 - To make my thoughts known to anyone who cares. Apparently someone else agrees. Do you also need me to explain other challenging topics like why the sun rises in the east and sets in the west?
I never saw that one😅. Guess I need to rewatch the Series from start, that brings back memories from 30 year's back when I was just a kid watching Miami Vice, Magnum PI, Knight Rider, A- Team and so no 👍.
Longer back than 30 years bro !
@@dwade6322 Afcourse is longer but I was then about 9 years old when I discovered the good things on the TV😅👍.

That's one big Yellow Jack.
Elvis has a big appetite.
When they had elvis at gatorland it was so cool to go see him. Rip elvis buddy.
Chases the game warden away....lol love this one, too!!
Die beste Serie die jemals produziert wurde und zur Ausstrahlung kam und wieder öfter kommen müsste 😎👍🏼🤘🏼
The olden days when heros could king hit each other in the jaw with no great consequence apart from blossoming bromance.
"All Elvis knows is: no Ferrari, no rides with the top down!!" 🤣😂
Locals thinks Sonny's name is Burnett...Tubbs proceeds to yell out CROCKETT every chance he gets! lol
This is the only episode in which a genuine black Ferrari Daytona Spyder is used as Crockett's car, and only in one scene (where Crockett is sitting in the car, waiting for Leon). According to legend, the real Daytona belonged to a local doctor who had rented the car out to the production crew, but who refused to let the arrangement continue after the car suffered over $1000 worth of damage in an accident on the set.
Don’t mind him Elvis he’s from New York
I liked on the punch back. I was born in 1994. I love the 80's and how people were, real people, real characters. People had taste abd minds.
I had the theme song on one of my cassette tapes that I listened to on my Sony Walkman on the bus ride to high school in ‘85 when I was 16. Great decade!
All of them ! That gator was cool, like having a 18ft boa
serving a search warrant on that boat or any summons would be very interesting. One look at Elvis and I'd be going overboard.
Best show on TV by far
Crocodile.
Alligator! Al-li-ga-tor!
As for New York, I guess Elvis also wouldn't want his salsa made in New York City. "Miami Vice" brought to you by Pace Picante Sauce! Pick up the Pace!
X-D
When Lance Vance was a good guy
Nice to reminice again with this beautiful show including this one . When get Firetv again will see the whole series on Tubi
I love this part crack''s me up every time I see it 😂
The sound of punches connecting! Oh how I wish it sounded like that in real life 😂
lance vance in real life
LOL!! Elvis the alligator...
Those of us who loved Elvis noticed when he vanished off the show & we wanted more of him while he was there.....
Elvis' last appearance was in the 3rd-year episode "Stone's War".
Elvis had run its course and there was no need for him anymore
@@Bruce.-Wayne Elvis was a loved detail of MV. Season 3 writing was not as good as the first 2 seasons and only went downhill from there. They had lost the magic of the first 2 seasons' writing. Not having Elvis was part of the downfall
”-Don’t mind him Elvis, he’s from Nju Joork.” 🤣
And still the show with the most darkest endings...
even to this day
Member the Ed O'Neill episode for example?
That was awesome I loved that show!!
Too effing good
When men were men.
Right. I'm fed up with toxic masculinity, but it's rooted so deep in modern culture that I don't know if we could return to days like these.
When men were true men and were writing drivers themselves.
Boomers watching Wyatt Earp TV Show: "When men were men"
Greatest Generation watching Casablanca: "When men were men"
Romans reading The Odyssey: "When men were men"
Why are you such a degenerate?
"World gonna end, young generation is totally degenerated"
@@janjezewski1205 That says so much in so little words, and True News is the best proof. They completely missed the point OP is trying to make based on this video. It's not about how guys today are metrosexual or wear makeup, which they probably thought OP meant, it's about being able to fight and get it over with without a gun or long grudge. Too many young men are dying because of toxic masculinity, and it'll continue to get worse because of enablers.
AWESOME SHOW !
I’m surprised that the acting was this good. One of my favorite shows during my teen years.
Tubbs was so cool 😎😍❤
So, a Miami Vice marathon it is
I like Elvis 🐊
Love Elvis
The funny thing about this scene is Sonny (Don Johnson) alligator is named Elvis
&
Don Johnson played Elvis Presley in Elvis Presley & The Beauty Queen in 1981
This show had the best pilot ever
So funny 🤣. What great show.
The first appearance of Elvis the Alligator.
Loved this series

Not to be nitpicky, but y'all misspelled Crockett's last name lol
Don’t apologize. Proper English is important.

Last time I was there I had a alligator lunge at me out of a pond. I don't think I ever wanna go back.
@@JnEricsonx I am mad at you. If you do go back, just stay away from any water except pools and the ocean.
Thus tv show revolutionized the way cops shows were filmed from then on..love this shiw..the movie with colun and jamie eaz an.abomination...
You go right ahead.😊
I was 21.ealked into a night club one night. all the Guys dressed Like Crockett and Tubs. the Girls dressed Like Miami and the club looked Like Miami vice. No Kidding. the 80s.
Yeah I remember the mid eighties when c&a were selling the clothing these guys wore because I was around 14 years old and had them in white , lemon and light blue good ole days 😭👍😎🇬🇧
So true...I graduated Engineering College in '85 and when I got my first job making good money for a defense contractor in central Florida I dressed just like crocket...a girl at work even told me I looked like Don Johnson...yeah I had good hair back then...ahh good times.
I bet that was awesome!!!
Heh, I went dressed up as all white suit classic Crockett at a Comic Con event in Hawaii, because James Edward Olmos was one of the guest celebs from the 80's and 90's movies and shows... While during his Q&A panel, everyone asked him nothing but about the reboot series he was in, Battlestar Galactica. But when he saw me in the audience , immediately he smiled and mentioned about my Sonny Crockett outfit, that it brought back memories of him playing Lt. Martin Castillo on Miami Vice... I should've costumed as his character! After that, he spoked of his other roles mostly besides his role as Commander Adama... I guess he grew sick and tired being asked the same questions of the same show every time at a convention! Lol. Though, he was a nice and down to Earth man... Grazie'! Lt. Castillo! 😎
Obvious plastic prop when Don Johnson is near the alligator.
Never noticed just how much Lance Vance was inspired by Tubbs. The blew suit from Vice City Stories and the voice are exactly the same. Even the mannerisms seem identical.
It was inspired by him as a homage and he provided the voice.
Crockett is the original Florida man
So, wait... Crockett was just sleeping down there in the cabin with the gator? lol. Only the 80's. Just like every bad guy standing on a jeep, flying down the road shooting the .50 at the A-Team, just got up and walked away after the jeep flips and rolls over.
Elvis escaped to freedom
That was pretty funny 🤣🤣
I now pronounce you Crockett and Tubbs.
Welcome to Forida, Tubbs :)
That looks like a crocodile instead of an alligator. But what do I know? I did like Elvis the pet, I hope it’s still alive ‘till this day.
No, he's a gator. You can tell by the shape of the nose. A gstor's nose is shaped like a U and a croc's like a V. Google the differences and you can see it side by side 🐊
Nah - if the front end's pointy, then it's a crocodile. If the front end's rounded off, it's an alligator.
Lol. Elvis is definitely a gator.
They'd be in prison if it was a crocodile. American Crocodiles are protected. Unfortunately, Alligators aren't as protected. Hence why these pieces of shit have this poor big bull gator wrapped up in dog chains.
@@user-ty5di3ku6o Yes, poor Elvis 🐊
He steps OVER the ropes, but the camera pans too far left and shows the opening for boarding the boat is right beside there.
