A good video and everything what you said is pretty accurate. However, the weather in Poland is not “always” cold. It’s cold between, let’s say, the end of October and the end of March. A common mistake an African person can make is to board a plane in January and come to Poland, wearing light clothes and shoes. Surprise, the temperature may be -10 degrees, I have one more comment to add: Poland is CLEAN. Go to Berlin, Paris and London. These cities are richer, but very dirty.

That cities like Warsaw, or Lublin "are clean", it doesn't change (or help them in any way) that they are far less attractive/desirable cities (for, practically, any purpose) than cities like (say) Paris, Lyon, Madrid, or Bilbao!

Princess, there is certainly bureaucracy in Poland and the residence card process for foreigners is probably the least efficient process in the country.
However, in my personal experience as a local citizen, starting and running a business (działalność gospodarcza) in Poland is pretty simple. I started about 5-6 years ago - I filled an online form and then had to go to town hall, where basically I had to sign a few papers (10 minutes) and that's it. They registered the business with Urząd Skarbowy, ZUS and GUS on their own, and even informed me that the process is free and if I ever get a bill I should not pay it (scammers scanning through public registers of new companies).
Monthly and quarterly tax forms are also pretty simple, I haven't been to the tax office since (I go online), and there are tax forms which *have* to be sent online and cannot be submitted in paper even if I wanted to (VAT-7, VAT-7K for instance). I only had to go to ZUS once, because my health insurance came up as inactive - it turned out I should have explicitly informed ZUS that my 2 years of paying lower insurance premiums is over (I simply started wiring the full fare without submitting anything). But all was corrected retroactively in 5 minutes and with no stress (!).
What is more complicated are changes in the law - especially tax law, if you pay VAT. I don't like that the changes happen so often, and most of my colleagues hire an accountant (I don't - I use online commercial software and I read up). But my business model is simple, and so I don't have to experience any advanced tax law. That's something I feel deserves further improvement.
