    possession of flat for retirement is to be after obtaining CC or after receipt of advance cheques and after signing agreements? please elucidate.

      The existing flat in the building to be re-developed is to be handed over to the developer (possession) after obtaining the permit/IOD and after signing the individual agreement with the developer.
