Bacon And Cheese Pies

How to make Bacon and Cheese Pies.
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup water (250ml)
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar (30g)
2 tsps instant yeast (6g)
2 tbsps milk powder (20g)
3 and 1/2 cup breadflour or all purpose flour (430g)
1 tsp salt (4g)
3 tbsps butter (45g)
1 cup bacon bits
1 cup shredded cheese (you can use any cheese you like )
Food for the soul:

Are you using a different type of flour than you usually do? Asking because your dough looks a lot like mine does (very sticky) when I make some of your other bread recipes. I have some bacon to use up and a block of pepper jack cheese that I think would taste great together. Im just hesitant to making this particular dough due to the sticky factor. Rolling it out, just trying to work with it may try my patience, lol. Is there any other bread recipe/s I could use besides this one? Thanks in advance...
