I never had my garmin watch lose my heartrate, I was just curios how much more accurate those straps are vs a gamin watch. Should have wore all 3 at the same time and compare readouts or smth.
Does the Tickr Fit work on other places with good blood flow besides your arm such as the side of your head like the Polar OH1? Can you please do a quick test if it works on the side of your head?
Brandon, I’m no longer doing tests with the Tickr Fit. But they are really a great product at a good price point. Buy one and test it out. Thanks for watching!
Said Saleh, that is a good question! I think it’s best to talk to a horse Dr. (Veterinarian) about that as I’m not sure how to read a horses heart rate? Also, even if it did work, I’m not sure the band would be long enough to fit around the horse’s abdomen.😁
I have the tickr fit going on 3 years now. I've had accuracy issues. sometimes I will be working around 165bpm, and the tickr fit will only display 90 or so bpm...then after a minute it will adjust correctly, but by that time my effort is nearly over, and I'm already down in bpm from my high point. So it misses my highest intensity efforts from time to time. I find that annoying, not sure if the tickr chest version would do that or not.
Tickr would only work when I pressed -both- sensors -hard- against my chest (even with gel on sensors). Loses connection after 3 minutes (per manual when it is idle for 3 mins).
Good question. I read some reviews on the TICKR X on Amazon and people don't seem to like it as much as the TICKR. But I would advise you to look at some more reviews on other platforms. My philosophy is that "if it ain't broke, why fix it?".
Thanks for another great video! I'm in the market for some new workout shoes. Would love any recos!
Jane...hmmm...maybe soon?

Maybe I’ll do that video one day

Yo Curt...MWP alumni here (JM)! Any chance you'll review the Whoop 4.0? Digging the content!!!
JM, how are you? Funny you should ask as I’m working on that review right now!
Thanks for the very informative video.
I am looking for a reliable HRM arm band that has in-built memory. Any recommendations?
TIA
Usman...thanks for watching my video. Unfortunately, I haven't tested an HRM arm band version that has a built-in memory. Maybe I will at some point?

...bummer...see my answer to your first question...
Hi, I have the Tickr from May 2018. Is it worth upgrading to Tickr x? If yes, why?
