5 Things I DISLIKE about my 2020 Ram 2500 Mega Cab Diesel...

- In this video I provide you guys with my top 5 dislikes of my 2020 Ram 2500 Diesel. This 6.7L Cummins is glorious and the truck at large is amazing... BUT I think it’s important to be critical of our vehicles and this is just that. What do you guys think of my 5 things? ...would you agree? Or did I miss something?
Thanks for watching as always... Stay Untamed! - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ
Let me get this straight. You bought a 3/4 ton diesel, a beautiful one at that, and you dislike it’s turning radius? It’s a 3/4 ton diesel truck man, not a Taco.
Disagree, respectfully. Many of us have to maneuver our trucks (and trailers) in tight work sites. Obviously, a long wheelbase will create limitations, but when choosing a 3/4 ton truck turning radius does matter, and I believe the GMC/Chevrolet has a tighter radius than the Ford or Dodge counterparts. I still chose the Dodge myself, but I do wish it had a tighter radius.
@@tommyfogarty Wasn’t saying turning radius doesn’t matter. I am just saying you can’t compare turning radius in a 3/4 ton Ram to that of say a Tacoma. It’s like comparing a Isuzu box truck to a tandem axle day cab DTNA P4 chassis
@@ernestoluzan true for sure. I did think it was odd that he compared it to a Tacoma.
@@ernestoluzan true enough. I did think it was odd that he compared to a Tacoma. I was wondering if he meant "Tundra".
Right coming from a toy tundra.
Gotta say that comparing this heavy duty truck to 1500-level trucks like the Tundra and the Raptor is an apples vs oranges thing. The Ram is about a ton of additional frame and suspension (roughly 7,500 lbs versus 5,500 lbs). It's built to gross 1.5 tons more than the other two. (GVWR of 10,000 lbs vs 7,000.) The other two trucks aren't as capable in terms of load or towing capacity, or even base torque and horsepower. And you bought the heaviest engine option for the truck, weighing nearly half a ton more for the engine and transmission over the gasser. It's not the same class of vehicle at all. I understand you don't like the larger turning radius or the stiffer suspension, but hey, it doesn't have the turning radius of a bicycle, either. You bought a different class truck, you might want to compare it to other trucks in the same class. 2500 heavy-duty trucks. You might be pleasantly surprised.
This was a very logical reply. I agree with your thoughts on this. I’d love to own one of these bad boys but can’t stomach the sticker price. If I could use this for a work application that could alleviate the cost of ownership or any return on my investment than it would be a no brained. Gorgeous truck with a great engine. I bought a more reasonable version this year which was a one owner, lifelong Arizona truck (zero rust), 2007 Ram 2500 Mega with 5.9 CTD. I’m a tech, and had easily put 1k in parts. All work I’ve done myself and if I rounded off the labor rate of 125/Hr for shops here in Colorado, I’d be looking at over 3K of just labor. Driving it and especially towing with it is a lot of fun.
Agree, this was a stupid video. He literally brought up the Toyota FJ, and then let us a know a vehicle is a depreciating asset. Wow, I thought I bought a house, not a truck.
Yeah this video is ridiculous. His first 3 points are completely irrelevant. Good god
I agree except Raptors have more HP stock just nowhere near the torque or towing numbers. And yeah completely different trucks. Idk what this guys even talking about though, I had a 2017 raptor and now have a 2022 Ram 2500 Cummins and the ride is damn near the same
If you’re on a hill you always want to put the truck in neutral while keeping your foot on the brake & push the parking brake in THEN put the truck in park. This keeps the weight of the truck off the transmission
For the gear selections problem, try putting the emergency brake on first before putting the truck in park. This should take some of the load off the transmission.
And in addition to that, be sure to let the truck rest in neutral while the e brake is on so that all the weight is on the e brake and not the transmission. So e brake, neutral, foot off brakes then, park. And to leave just make sure you disengage the e brake last.
@LWRC 😅... that's what I said buddy. I said "be sure to let the truck rest in neutral while the e-brake is on so that all the weight is on the e-brake and not the transmission."
The list and his justification:
1. Turning radius (wider than a Tundra)
2. Firm ride (more than Tundra and Raptor)
3. Resale value (not a Toyota)
4. Gear shift into D feels clunky like it is breaking the truck.
5. The mega cab extra space isn't usable.
I agree on #5, but that extra room does allow me to lean my car seats back a little further when the kids are in.
Why would he buy this truck? All of these things are evident in a test drive. Silly if u ask me
I have 2 young kids and may be having a 3rd. We have 65# and 100# dogs. If the kids are taking up the seats in carseats/booster seats, and the dogs are on the rear floorboards, does the megacab have enough extra floor space to be worth it in this situation?
@@dustinanderson1862 The mega cab simply has room behind the seats, not extra leg room.
I have a 1500 and I'll find that extra space very usable. Some cases in a road trip with family I need extra space inside the cab to put backpacks, bags, etc., that are safer or is better for us to have it with us that put them on bed or in the ramboxes.
Not only is it cargo area but those rear seats can also recline...which no other truck in the market can do
My tundra crewmax has reclining rear seats and it’s a 2008 even before the mega cab came out
@@shanebrown2963 did not know that!!!
I have that truck with a crew cab and gas engine. Mine came with the rotary gear shift knob that is silent. I recommend rotating the outside mirrors to the vertical position for better blind spot visibility. The truck is HUGE. When we travel to a venue with tight parking spaces, we use my wife's SUV. Otherwise, I park farther from the building and take up more than one parking space so that adjacent vehicles can enter/exit their cars. I do not tow and I seldom carry more than a few bags of groceries even with a 3000 pound payload rating. Mine came equipped with factory air ride though the rear axle does hop due to the tire pressure. Thanks for the review.
Those mud flaps look very long. Truck looks like it has a mullet
Joe Jr lol... it’s nickname will now be Joe Dirt, Joe. =]
I kinda like the way they look on that truck I know they help keep it clean. I would put some on the front too.
🤣😂🤣
Carli commuter suspension package would be perfect for your needs.
What a beautiful truck, if you want the best riding truck you could definitely go with Carli , if you’re going to tell a lot go with the 2.5 King shocks levelling kit, if you just want the best riding 2500 and this is what I’m gonna do to my truck is get the 2.5 king pin top system, You will be blown away by the difference in ride quality. And wheels and tires will help, The factory tires are very stiff walled, my tire set up is method 18 x 9 on a 37 x 12.5 or 18 ridge grappler.
@@MrKThomas1976 how expensive hare kings?
Solid review, as for the clunky shifting on a hill or incline put the E brake on before you shift into park. Why happens is the trucks weight will roll back a little and put the weight onto the shifting pawl and make it harder to shift. Now it’s not gonna eliminate the clunky ness completely but it will make it easier
Bruh. You got a beast. Much better than a Toyo or raptor. No comparison
Bilstein shocks will improve the ride! 4600 for stock height suspension. 5100 for 2-4" lift. And for larger lifts, there are other models.
The depreciation starts as soon as the vehicle is registered. Don't even need to drive it.
Megacabs are awesome! My daughter and son-in-law have a 3500. My wife has a 2500 Crewcab. I have a 1500 Quadcab. When I need a small turning radius, I hop into my Jeep ZJ, Ford Explorer, or new Durango! For all that room inside, the size outside is the price you pay! A 5500 will give you a nice turning radius. They use wider front axles.
The Megacab was developed from the Quadcab. When that was all dodge offered. People needed more room. So the frame was lengthened. And the cab was lengthened behind the doors. The factory later made a crewcab again. But people still wanted the extra long cab. And the factory Megacab was born!
Did you or will you be considering something like a Camry or Avalon? One of those would probably meet your needs better and also make the trips around town easier without all the excessive underuse of this machine? Bulletproof cars!
😅
😂
Man this was the best comment here!!! 😂
The mega cab does have 3" more leg room in the rear compared to the quad cab
Not sure if that's still the case. Just test drove some this week. Reg and mega, noticed no difference in seat position on rear. Did not measure it though. Only part I noticed was more space behind the rear seats and the larger blind spot.
Correct - I measured the difference at the dealer and it’s 3”. I measured from the back of the rear seat to the center consul in both types of trucks.
yea but not compared to the crew cab and thats sad
From what ive seen its the same. Just has that extra space for cargo in the back which is dumb lol
You're right about clunky shifter stalk.
I've been test driving a few different trims. Backed one into a spot and when I tried to hop out after turning truck off it said it wasn't in park!
Will engaging parking brake before letting off brake peddle on any non level ground help when putting into gear???
Yep I think that would have helped a lot. 👌🏻
What size of tires are you running? They look great
35/12.5/20 thanks man Cooper STT Pros
do the back seats recline more than the non mega cab?
I own a 2019tundra trd pro and I loveeeeeee this truck but if I ever need a diesel, I would go with the same truck. Here in Houston almost every truck is lifted and these Diesel 2500 Mega Cab look so good lifted! Especially in white!
Zelaya Morris hah nice! What color is your 2019 Pro?
Untamed Motors I have a white one. I am a huge fan of white!
@@MorrassZ84 what do you rate your TRD pro ride quality on road? out of 10?
Helal Saif I rate this truck a 10!
Zelaya Morris how much you got it for? I want one but the army green lol
When putting in the transmission into park do you set the parking brake lever? That will help with the clunk on inclines (I think)
Justin Young I’ll give that a try. Thanks.
Place it in neutral first then park... and vice a versa when getting into gear.
Jerry Leung I’ll give that a go, thanks!
To clarify, especially on inclines. When parking, put the trans in neutral, set the E-Brake, then let go of the brake so that the truck stops on the e brake. Then put the trans in park. This should help with the clunk.
Kevin Guzman thank you for the insight! I appreciate it.
I'm guessing your megacab does not have the air suspension,,, mine does and it rides like a Cadillac
Haha nope, far from a cadillac ride in this. =]
Does the air suspension take away payload capacity?
Mine does.
Once the car seat is no longer needed.. you will love the extra cago space. I use that extra space for everything so I don't have to clutter up the cab with diapers bags beach blankets tools hard hat.. ect
Hopefully you still read these... Im looking at the MegaCab vs the CrewCab because of the full back row of seats. The Crew has that cut out in the middle. Can you put the rear facing child seat in the middle seat? My wife wants the little one coming in the middle seat if possible.
You can put a rear facing car seat in the middle seat np. 👌🏻
@@UntamedMotors so im a new dad... stepdad to other two so very inexperienced bringing in car seats. Does the middle seat have the metal clamps or would you have to tie in the car seat with the best? Thanks for the help!
@@jimjohnson2633 unfortunately I hadn’t needed to use the middle rear seat since my 3rd kiddo hadn’t arrived yet when I had this Ram. I’m pretty sure it has the middle hooks though. Worst case is you use the seatbelt run through. Regardless, it’ll work just fine though. 👌🏻
@@UntamedMotors thanks! this is the only reason im going with the MegaCab to spend the extra dollars vs the crew. to get the full back seat. I appreciate the quick feedback! Ill be following you now. Do you have any videos feedback on what seams to be low payload capacity (close to the 1500) vs awesome towing capacity? I think I should be fine because I have a 25' fairly heavy boat to need to tow... but wondering if payload might be a problem.
Most of your grunts align with mine. It's like to know what size are you tires you have installed? I don't like the stock tires size!
How did you like the truck with car seats? I’m 6’2 and I need something that I can still have my leg room to drive. But with 2 kids I have to have one behind me
perfect spot for a couple subs baby!
Haha that is very true
I have a 2016 2500 Ram. Love the truck. With toolbox in back full of tools rides nice. Kinda why you buy a 3/4 ton to work and on off time enjoy the laramie interior which is nicely loaded. Not afraid to take it out on the town with my wife.
I bought a 2017 Raptor in 2020 with 27k miles and sold it a year later with 67k miles for a 7k$ profit. Just got a 2022 Ram 2500 Cummins Crew Cab and it rides very similar to the raptor, I hear the mega cabs have a rougher ride
Congrats on making a profit! That’s awesome. Very few trucks can pull that… and the Raptor is definitely the one! Hope you’re loving the Ram.
The clunk you're feeling when putting it into gear could be because you are not engaging your emergency brake. When engaged, the emergency break prevents the gears from having direct pressure on themselves. Try engaging the emergency break before letting your foot off the break. Let me know if that clears it up. Great looking truck BTW!
Do them tires rub with out a level kit and are they 35s???
The firm ride can be remedied with a Carli Suspension upgrade! It's a better suspension than stock, more like the Raptor, and better for towing. Thank you for sharing!
Appreciate the comment! I was actually aiming to get that... but I ended up selling this rig. Got back into a Tundra TRD Pro.
How can a suspension be "more like a Raptor" AND better for towing?

What size wheel and tire you rollin on dawg?? Im trying to get a better look on the longhorn babieeee!
I like the fact that you are not a fan boy and giving honest perspective and feel of the truck bro.
Definitely helps people who are in the market for one of these, all the fanboy videos are useless lol.
Thanks for your time .
Appreciate it brother, thank you! =]
Lower tire pressure & remove off road shocks . It will completely change the harsh ride. I did this on my 2019 f350
Appreciate the tips man, ty
Do the seats fold up in the back that would be a downfall for me to buy one cuz stuff out of blue stuff underneath the seats
Yes, the turning radius is an underrated and overlooked convenience, it's overlooked until you realize it takes 4 lanes to make a u turn. I respectfully disagree. A vehicle is definitely an investment. Especially if you use it for work or to take you to work. But is it a deprecating asset? Yes
YOUtuBeCritic that’s a fair point. If it’s a legitimate work vehicle that you use for your income... I’m with you. 👌🏻
I'll agree that if you buy one with the intent of using it for work than it is an investment. However to own one because you have a boat that needs to be pulled a few times a year and a couple jet skis you take around then it becomes another toy in the lineup
I currently drive an 02 Tahoe for work purposes but I'm in the market for a truck similar to this one, maybe not mega cab, but a crew cab 2500hd diesel hauling a trailer delivering parts for body shops and mechanic shops, I get a truck for its designed capabilities, towing and hauling. Have a good one everyone 👍
I love my mega cab. Great space to hang shirts behind the back seats on road trips.
I noticed my 2020 2500 with 21k miles shifts pretty hard from reverse to drive and vice versa. When I stop to back into my driveway even at a complete stop it still seems to slam a bit. Thinking about taking it in. Also curious where you are? I am in Vancouver, WA.
How’s it do towing?
It towed my Shelby gt350r around like it was nothing!
I owned a 2008 Mega Cab and yes the absurdly long wheelbase made handling kind of tricky, especially getting around Los Angeles where everyone expects you to drive a compact sedan lol. Downsized to a 2018 Silverado
Had an 07 mega cab, loved that truck!
Haha yeah... taking sone getting used to for sure. Yeah LA would be an even trickier environment to live in compared to Seattle...
Definitely agree with #5 but I have a serious question. Did you not test drive the truck and get in the back, play with everything, and do research before you bought the truck? Not hating or anything because I agree that the space could be used better, but I’m just wondering if you even test drove it?
Sharp truck man!! Built to pull houses and trees. I have 3rd gen hemi. May step up to a diesel if needed when the time comes. Absolutely like the look of these 5th Gens.
Just took a tape measure to the dealer and with driver seat all the way back megacab had almost 3"more of leg room. So there is more. But i also with dogs and kids wish it was more than 3".
That’s great to know, thank you for checking that. 👌🏻
What tires are you running on your truck?
These were 35/12.5/20s Cooper STT Pros. Great tires! A little noisy... but not bad.
Thanks for the reply, I’m currently tire shopping for my ram and i liked the look of those looked but couldn’t tell what they were. Also looking at bfg ko2’s
@@VictorMartinez-co3ds KO2s are more “liveable” for sure... lot less noise and perform very well on and off road imo.
Yeah I also think they have a longer life than the stt’s.
@@VictorMartinez-co3ds probably already bought your set of tires but I just saw your comment now! I have the ko2’s on my truck and they look great on the truck but they love to pick up rocks. After leaving a gravel driveway you will hear all those little stones hitting the truck
What is the tire size
35/12.5/20
Cool thanks
The diesel is going to help with your resale as well but as you said, very very few vehicles are good investments. Love your truck btw, mine looks just like it minus the mega cab. What are those tires and how are you liking them?
It’s such a nice truck, I have a Sierra 1500 and looking to upgrade to this exact truck or a Duramax. How long have you had it for?
Carli suspension has some great kits for this, along with icon
homerfeltheim12345 I’ve been eyeballing some Carli options lately... might pull trigger soon. 😐
The lead time for anything right now is outrageous
Is the aev dual sport lift any good ?
@@reptilesmiami I’ve read good things about theirs as well. You really can go wrong with either
On your gear selector issue you really should be setting the parking brake and then moving the selector to N, letting off the service brake, and then putting it in Park when you park the truck. All the weight of the truck is leaning up against the park pawl and that's why you're having to yank it out of park. This is common amongst larger, heavier vehicles.
Good to know, thank you for the 411.
How are you liking the truck so far? Thinking of selling my '09 Cummins in favor of a newer one.
I was looking for how car seats would fit in these trucks! IF that back seat would slide or fold down it would be very helpful. THIS WAS PERFECT!
Glad I could assist!! =]
I own the same exact truck with two differences. I have the 6.4 hemi and my truck has ram boxes. I also plow with it. I have an 1100 lb boss plow and I have two 120 pound Rottweilers.
For the things I mentioned above the truck I spec'ed is absolutely perfect... You bought that truck because of its looks and the "popularity" of the Cummins diesel engine. If you are not towing at least 10,000 lb on a constant basis the diesel is a waste of time and money. You will never get your $10,000 back in the fuel difference. The only reason to have a Cummins is you "want one" or your towing 10,000 lb either for a living or on a pretty constant basis, other than that it's a boat anchor that's extremely expensive to repair It's hard on parts from the drive train to the tires, and it actually has less carrying capacity than the hemi which is 1,000 lb lighter.
The mega cab is great if you have large passengers like to recline the seats need legroom or like me fold the seeds completely to the floor and now you have enough room for two giant dogs or if you're pulling an overnighter you could stretch out and actually sleep in the back which is what the mega cab was designed for not to look a certain way. Turning radius is a function of wheelbase for the most part compare wheel bases and then turning radiuses.
Trade it in for a half ton, that's the truck that you need, not this monstrosity.
Need get the carli suspension setup for it. Cjc off-road had great content on it
All Diesel trucks hold their value better than their gas counterparts
Agreed. The tundra doesn’t have a diesel counterpart so that definitely adds to its ability to hold value better than most diesels. 👍
Comparing the turning radius to a Tundra?
I have a Ram 3500 Limited dually crew cab long bed. After changing the tires from factory Nexens to Cooper, it rides almost as well as my Tahoe Premier with magnetic ride suspension. That harsh ride may be the 2500 off-road suspension and those tires.
Apply the parking brake before you engage the transmission to parking you probably will not have the issue with the gear selection
unless you need the towing capacity which many buyers do not you'd be better off with the 1500 crew. has plenty of room for passengers, long bed option and has decent towing. dont buy with the thought "if i ever get the 30+foot boat."
Hah well said man! =]
What are you thinking about the new Ram Trx?
Just another gay dodge
I have a 2019 2500 Laramie longhorn mega and I think the suspension is decent. It’s way better than my 2012 tundra rock warrior. I get the gear clunk when I gently baby gear change. 😂 if you put it in gear like a heavy duty truck, there is no clunk. 50k and only issue I saw was when they did the abs recall and my abs module went out and brakes stopped working. Other than that it’s an awesome truck.
Beautiful truck! It seems the first few dislikes are total characteristics of a 2500!
A person should expect that a longer truck would have a longer turning radius. If you want a softer suspension, keep weight in it.
So the steering wheel being offset from your information display doesn't bother you? Or have you not noticed that? My OCD would be on fire with that one! OR,.....what about the rear view mirror area? Does it not block your view out your front windshield to the front right?
Who about beefy ram bumpers rear n front?
Would love to own one. Every vehicle has it good points and it’s bad points. Just enjoy it.
Tracy Waters Exactly!
I agree w the back seats! Lose the storage and slide the seats back RAM!! WTH
Lower your tire pressure will fix your problem you’re probably running 80 pounds. Run like 50.
That would have definitely helped! Thanks man.
I did the same with mine. The ride improvement was amazing... dropped it to 55-60 range.
@@sparkerc does your tire pressure light come on though?
@@sktbrd13gy1 I've found the low pressure light comes on around 57.... I'm keeping mine at 59-60 without the warning.
Why don't people use the parking brake to save their gears?
I have a 2019 3500 mega cam big horn and I've been having trouble with the gear selector real loose and bouncy when you driving it jumps around. Took it into the dealer twice and had them tighten it up. The second time it loosened up but now it's been good for about 2,000 mi keep an eye on it. Ram knows about this issue it's not enough of people noticing the issue for them to have a recall it should be nice and firm and tight when you drop it into gear if not take it to the dealer
I thought for sure one of them would be a check engine light haha. Glad to hear no issues so far!
Never realized the Mega cab doesn’t give more legroom. Kinda lame
It does give more leg room 4 inches and then the extra room allows to recline and get a BJ
Not sure what kind of legroom you looking for. I’m 6’2 and my boys are 6’2 and 6’3 along with my wife we are more than comfortable enough on a long road trip.
Ebrakes will help with the clunking. Put in N set ebrakes vehicle moves then put in park.
here we go.. your talking about resale value . Next is trade in
Bro bought a heavy duty truck and he's complaining because it's heavy and duty.
If you explain the number four reason which is the gear selector if I'm not mistaken. Be wary of the gear selector there is a issue with them loosening up and having a lot of play to the gear selector. If your gear selector is bouncing around moving real loosely you need to take it into the dealer and mention that to them and have them fix that issue.
Of all the big 2500's the Rams have the best turning radius, they're all pretty close, but the Ram has the best. And a Tudra is a tiny little truck in comparison.
Thanks for the videos man! Very entertaining. I’m currently thinking about trading for a tundra or maybe even a ram 2500. Toyota resale is so good. I don’t know what to do. Stock seems low at the moment
You already bought every truck I ever wanted hahaha
Cash Miller hahah thanks brother! Wait for the 21s to hit the lot in the coming months... and get the Tundra. It’s the best all rounder no doubt. =] I appreciate your support man. Thank you.
Untamed Motors well, I’ll take it from a guy that’s driven them all! I think price wise between a top end tundra and ram 2500 I can get around the same price. I tow a travel trailer, it’s only 4500lbs.
So much going through my head.. hahaha do I get the diesel and upgrade the TT, only thing that really makes me think about getting a diesel is how price fluctuates with rebates like you mentioned. Toyota’s don’t.
You really think tundra is beast all around?
Cash Miller hah, I hear you man. The Tundra will perform your towing needs just fine and be easier to deal with in day to day driving situations.the value will hold very well... on par or better than the diesel imo.
Buy a corolla and be happy my friend.
That new Apex carolla is pretty sweet
Put your parking brake on when parking on a hill It won’t be so hard to put it in gear after.
Wishing you were back in Wyoming with that turning radius? Still only minor inconveniences when you look at the capability of that truck.
Lol nope. You're right... small potatoes and the other factors certainly make up for these 5 things. =]
Biger tires like 35x12.5r17 all terrain hankook dynapro will make the truck ride very smooth i think you can ride 33 psi on the back tires when not towing
Hate to say it. But these trucks are made to work. Yeah the Laramie and long Horn package add a lot of flair to the truck. ( I have a Laramie myself) and it does make the ride more enjoyable hauling steers from kingsville to west Texas. At the end of the day the truck is a work machine. When I’m not using mine for work or long haul’s I jump
In my 2012 tundra enjoy the ease of getting around town.
Sounds like you should get a suburban. Soft suspension and more room.
You bought a sledge hammer and you need a mallet. Beautiful truck- wrong truck for you man.
Mega cab does have more room in the back compared to the crew cab when it comes to leg room.
This is the Pre-cursor video to you trading in.... "See's New Ram TRX on TH-cam, then makes his own video about 5 dislikes of current truck to "Justify" trading it in. Dang I gave you 6 months with is one... You may not make 3 months... haha. As stated before, this circus is all leading back the Tundra.
And remember a new Tundra is coming...
@@humbertorubi2735 not for 2021...I heard the 2022's may come w a deisel
Funny with resale and I get it, but I bought my 06 Ram for 22k and sold it 10 years later for 16k. I’ll take that any day. Tried buying a tundra at the time and they wouldn’t budge on the price, talking resale etc... well if you charge me more I do expect more when I go to sell it. 10 years of flawless driving and towing with the Ram and only lost 6k in 10 years. I’m good with my choice.
If you tow with it or put several hundred pounds of anything in the bed it'll ride much smoother. My GMC 2500 Duramax was a different truck in terms of how it rode when it was loaded vs. unloaded.
Ram trucks with Cummins have a better resale value than ford or chevy
If you want a smooth ride then I would definitely go with the Carli suspension for this 2500
Thank you for the insight about the mega cab i wanted it for the same reason as you
Wow... an American that knows which way a child seat should be mounted... kudos!
When's the last time you saw a race car with Recaro seats facing backwards? 🤔
Number 5 is the most critical thing for me right now… we have a forth on the way…
Take the car seats out if you want to explain the rear seats.
Thn y u brought it thn
Want to feel a clunky gear selection, try shifting my 2006 megacab. :-)
Thanks for the review! I was thinking about the mega cab to utelize the space for family. Would have been also ignorant me because we need 2 child seats for the next 7 years and im assuming that we would get a second family car at some point...

How do you compare a small truck like tundra to a heavy duty truck , just did not get that one bud
How do you like your own comment immediately after commenting? Just don’t get that one bud. (I see on my end who likes what comments). Just a heads up.
The only problem with that truck is the price off the lot other then that it's awesome.
Sorry had to comment before finishing the vid.
1. You can’t compare the turn radius of a 2500 to a tundra or raptor. It’s a different class of truck. Now if you had a 1500 now I would side with you if the turn radio is was garbage.
2. Tundras hold their value due to the toyota name and so does raptors due to their off road speed capability. I wanted a tundra but for me their interior never could do it for me.
I put a BDS 3inch lift kit with fox shocks on my 2500. Improved the overall ride quality so much!
