Man, since dirt 2.0 setups you do such a big job. Everything in your videos help a lot of people, and your videos so neat and colourful. It’s pleasure watching this actually boring 😅 content with so high quality production. Keep it up, mate, good job!
I plugged your 2024 Yaris dry tarmac setup in the 2023 Yaris used in this season's "Big Crash" Moments. After my first clean run I had a 14 second lead on a couple of my friends. I had never thought to use such a high front brake bias, but with your alignment and suspension settings I could brake much harder and still maintain steering into the turns. Thank you very much for your contributions to our rally racing community 🙏 I think I'll join👊
Well done 👏 glad to hear you are enjoying one of the setups. And it's good to know it works on the 23 Yaris as well. That will save me some time later on. Thanks
Thank you for your fantastic setup video on the 2024 GR Yaris. I applied it to the 2023 Yaris in Moments and on the Global Leaderboard's "Big Crash" I was good for P112 when recorded. Very nice handling characteristics with a CSL Elite steering wheel! th-cam.com/video/D0p9OW79PzM/w-d-xo.html
So it setup the soft setup on a tight twisty stage on kenya as I would also use it for Greece. So the gearing is a little long to reduce the amount of gear changes. So, the gearing will be your main focus for getting extra time out of it. What adjustments you make will pretty much come down to how much corner speed you can hold. The aim is to be just hitting the limiter in 5th at the end of the longest straight you come across.
@@RALLYTechnical okay, will get the gearing sorted out. But what about the ability to eat up the Kenya bumps? Is there nothing more to do? I tried a really soft spring rate and the car would bottom out on some braking zones sometimes. Overall felt good, but unsafe due to the bottoming out.
@xWhiZZy So, there are other things you can do. One is to adjust your racing lines. Sometimes you do have to slow down as well. Other times you have to avoid things entirely if possible. Every car has its limits and you will most likely find those limits in Kenya.
Hi, yes the setups will work with the other cars generally as the regs make them virtually identical. The only difference being the Yaris having a shorter wheelbase. So you may want to get more aggressive on the anti-roll bar balance, 1-3 clicks lower on the front to get the most out of them. Merry Christmas to you too.
Hello, There are no daft questions here. Just questions you dont know the answer too. So, soft and firm refers to suspension stiffness. Gravel types are usually referred to as light and heavy. The confusion usually comes in when you have a medium suspension setup while on medium Gravel 😅 Hope that helps to clarify.

So for Kenya, the soft gravel setup would be most suitable? Any specific adjustments you could recommend for Kenya?

@@RALLYTechnical I can get a top8 timetrial time consistently in Kenya with your soft gravel setup. Just looking, what might Kenya require adjusting.
Hi, great video!
Are the setups also suitable for the Ford, Hyundai or the career mode car?
Merry Christmas!

essas configurações valem para a maioria das pistas exceto monte carlo inverno correto?
Correto 👍
@@RALLYTechnical obrigado. Se puder colocar as configurações dos dois novos rally agradeço
Please , Seat Córdoba wrc and Seat Ibiza kit car setups
Merci 👍🏻🔥.
if these setups work 90% for other wrc rally1 cars either?
The chances of that are pretty high. Might need some minor tweaks to properly suit the other car though.
Pardon my lack of intelligence, but is gravel soft/firm referring to how soft the suspensions are or how abrasive the gravel is?
