The contrast between the raw, rustic and powerful vocals of Sawan Khan Manganiar and the smooth and mellifluous voice of Clinton Serejo is what sets this song apart. Definitely one of the best to come out of Coke studio India. The deep and lengthy intro captures the immense range of Khans voice really well, then transitions into a catchy back and forth between the two, where each follows a similar melody but with their own interpretation of lyrics. Coke Studio hit the nail in the head with this song by achieving a fusion of Western and traditional vocals. I keep returning to this song and it still never fails to give me goosebumps. Great Job Coke Studio!

After Madari, this is the next best Clinton Cerejo composition I like. Remember, Coke Studio is all about experimentation & I'm amazed on how well Clinton has done this. I remember hearing Mory Kante's Yeke Yeke with Santana & always wondered why Indian musicians never experiment with local folk artistes. There you go, Coke Studio made it possible. Sawan Khan's voice represents the Rajasthani folk to the fullest & Clinton simply rocks in this high energy composition. Thumbs up !

But the song is from the region called Sindh which is located in Pakistan, although it was part of India during the British Raj, but it is a region with its independent heritage and history former of which in some ways has links to its neighboring regions such as Rajasthan, Gujrat, Baluchistan and Punjab in a way that the regions bordering these above-mentioned regions bear some similarities to the respective regions they are bordering but there is one region which is located in the middle called vicholo that’s where the pure Sindhi culture originated, where it is not fused with any other culture hence pure Sindhi.

Pakistan was created by 1947, till then there was only India.
